For games where you corrupt your victims in some sort of organization there are:

Lab Rats - You corrupt the girls with drugs. There is a second one being made.
Academy of Fetishes - You are in control of a school and you corrupt students. You have some control over what gets implemented in your school.
Fort of Chains - You are in control of an organization, you do quests and manage a band of slavers.
Free Cities - You are the owner of an arcology and you can do whatever you want with your slaves. You can also buy other arcologies and influence them with your preferences. I recommend you search for the Pregmod Version on reddit as it's a little bit more complete.
