Games where youre essentially doing whatever you want and can have options to rape or otherwise do what you want. Any engine works but id prefer some degree of open world/sandbox/freedom.\

Also looking for games that may not be on here for whatever reason or may just be lesser known, as long as there is some sort of english translation

This is the first that comes to mind, but it's text based but a lot of content. similar is Invasive Species but a lot less content as of now.
