All characters with faces are feminine in appearance. The vast majority have some sort of phallic sexual organ. Masculine and feminine pronouns are used somewhat arbitrarily.

the main focus is you, the trap MC, receiving attention from futanari characters. most male characters don't really have art or developed scenes, and it's frankly a little difficult to figure out where all the male characters are to strictly engage with homosexual relations

Not that much. The player is a man dressed girly. Can work in Brothel getting unique scenes for different levels of skill, have the alley strangers bjs, have the glory hole bjs. Also there are two distinct male characters who can be companions, and have many own scenes with the player.

Majority of content is with girls with dicks. But they're mostly abusing the MC, so despite tits some straight people also find it repelling for them.
