Java - Tales of Androgyny [v0.3.54.4] [Majalis]

A long-time guilty pleasure of mine. This game has actual game mechanics that are fun and interesting, really setting it apart from other games of this genre. The art is hot, though far from perfect (there are a lot of missing buttholes and uncanny faces lurking here and there), and battles are sometimes more of a text game, with the same still image facing you no matter what the battle says is going on.

A wide variety of content, with the unifying theme of a trans/trap protagonist and many other dickgirls about to have some of the weirdest sex you've ever heard of. Multiple story paths are present, and rarely is content blocked because of previous decisions, though sometimes it will take more work to see it.

My largest complaints are sometimes minimal artwork, a grindy element to get to some of the content, a lack of animations compared to the volume of other content, and most notoriously the lurking game-over screens that wait for you at the end of certain decisions that may have seemed more mundane before you clicked them.

Overall, a damn fine game with lots of work poured into it and I'm sure lots more content to come. PLAY THE GAME, and SUPPORT THE DEVS!

Probabaly one of the best futa games out there tbh, the art is great and unique. The combat is confusing at first but after a while you kind of get the hang of it and the game becomes too easy. Although i dont think it's a negative that i'm able to fuck everyone to submission.

This is a good game with good art, it has a fair amount if content but there could all ways be more, the story is lacking but makes up with the art over all its a good game if your into this kind of stuff

Custom built, beautiful art and animations, dozens of hours of content. amazing game.
There's many, many different types of routes a player can take. The decisions that the player has is impressive. The combat is deep and rewarding. The narrative in intriguing.

Art? +1 Pretty good.

Mechanics? +1. Everything seems functional. Nothing hidden to the player.

Story? -1 ehhhh not much of a story besides what you make. and that works for others. not so much me.

Gameplay?
a. Porn wise? -1 there really isnt any gameplay pornwise. its just still pictures most of the time. which is ok...just ok.
b. Game wise? +1 There is A LOT going on game wise. lots of options and stratagy. really abreath of fresh air. compared to most.

so a 3 star isnt bad. id recommend checking it out. but its nothing to rave about. which for my standards is pretty good. gg ToA

Story mode needs some serious work, which may have to do with how poorly the enchanter class has been balanced for months. Skill and combat system has promise, but, until it fits into the context of a more complete game, it's lacking.

Regular updates and actually good art! Also in a niche genre of hard femdom games. There aren't many hard femdom games where the guy is actually dominated and not just ridden, this game however, is different because the main male character is considered weaker than the futa/female counterparts.

Really good game overall, the combat system is pretty good and a bit innovative, having a system for character balance during the combat (making you use skills with caution or else you lose your footing) and you can seduce your opponents during battle (being able to win some battles through sex), i didn't try the story mode even though i played through multiple versions (the free exploration mode is simply too good), and the skill and attribute distribution gives a classic table RPG feeling, together with the multiple job choices that can change your way of playing through different events (for example, mages have a higher base int, so its easier to upgrade int, which is a necessary stat for the Magic Statue Encounter if you want the benefits) and it even got some secret jobs that you can transform during the game ( like prostitute), its a good game and really worth the playtime, the only downside is the Java files problem that always appear every update.

This is a very good game as of version 0.2.20.2.

Characters and nice but it misses alot of scenes in general.(thats why i give it 1 less star)

The hole RPG mechanics are good.
Storywise cant say much since is still alpha.

Tales of androgyny is a great game, with pretty deep gameplay and some "deep ass" gameplay...
The caveat? almost every character has a cock and tits. It is quite difficult to be a dom in this game so keep that in mind

The gameplay is very deep and amazing, although the stats charisma and magic seem to be quite a bit worse than stats like agility strength and endurance.

the actual art inside the game is quite nice but what takes the cake is customization AND the animated scenes. (THAT BLOWJOB)
The art is far from complete though, so I'm looking forward to the art getting filled out along the way.

Gameplay really is original and interesting compared to other porn games, you can see the devs put much love in it.
There is not enough artworks imo but this is one of the few games that is so well done you won't even bother. Plus it's still a work in progress so you can't blame that AND it gets many updates

Edit: One final thought for fairness. This may be the best game in the "Monsterhunter" genre, but this is a very low bar in my view.

I usually don't like futaxfuta content but the art and writing is drawing me in!! For those that don't like it futa content, I want you to give it a try, I definitely fell in love with this game.

Also, the combat is fairly simple, just learn the pattern and block their attacks. Don't be a muscle head and keep attacking, unless you are a submissive boy, then keep on losing

Not many games have a great and well-thought out combat system , steamy writing, and stylish art. This is one of the better Patreon games out there.

Marks for polish and coding but the mechanics and plot balance are very poor.

Game has awesome art,one of the best out there. My beef is that when you lose you get a gameover.Instead the authors of the game could add a humiliation scene with some more art. Thats where my second beef comes, 3 4 arts per month with the money they get from patreon is unnaceptable

You can also miss various scenes eg the mouth fiend,or the centaur wife etc if you follow certain routes. If these issues are fixed its easily one of the best games out there

Also the way they handle their patreon supportes is less than good :/

Should be called tales of Tranny, because that's all there is. There is no way in hell this game deserves the 4.7 rating it's currently at, which is why I feel like I need to review it, so others like me don't have to suffer. One of the most updated and continually polished games I know. Pretty much all futa and trap so if your into that 10/10. Artwork is good and constantly gets additions along with story. So much content now that it starting to take a while to play and im losing track of what to do exactly but overall pretty linear and great game.

This is probably the best and most dedicated dev team I've seen along with Seeds of chaos team. Regular updates and good content. A very rare combo.

The writing is good, the art is great, updates are very frequent. If there is one downside, that would the less focus on Story and more on the open world. Although that is more of a preference thing rather than an issue.

The combat system is very fulfilling and much more in-depth than what you would expect from a porn game. It takes a while to get the hang of but when you do, it is immensely satisfying.
