Virus detected on the viking file download.

go to the malware thread in the announcement sub forum and/or click the report button in the first post of this thread and state what you see. The uploaders and staff don't typically read the thread. There are only a couple of dozen of them and over a quarter million threads.

But to let you know, this is likely a problem created because you clicked on the wrong button and didn't read the instructions when you went to vikingfile. There is a huge warning that says something like "the download link is on this page, if a pop up window happens - close it and return here to download."

Appriciated, but I remember clicking on the pop up and then the big download button. Mixdrop had the same issue, but go file worked fine. I'm not reading that much into it though. Just saying what I saw. Win 11 + Brave browser for more info.

Tried it on Windows. Did everything on the readme. The application opened, but it couldn't find the files in the Asset Folder.

It's due to compatibility. And I'm too lazy to acc try Proton(tool) or Linux out

Apologies if this is breaking any rules. This is untested on windows, I tried it in proton and it worked but if anyone has any issues I can fix. Edit sprite sheets in gimp/photoshop/whatever and reload the animation to see changes. Read readme.txt for instructions on how to setup assets folder.

IMPORTANT: hit reload from top menu or Ctrl + R to reload for new changes. Windows build for some reason caches the files, will update later for the actual reload button to work but reloading with ctrl r works for now.

I have no idea why its flagging the windows version on virustotal but can provide source.

Is this tool agnostic with respect to any version of the spine player? i.e. A change from 4.2.38 (which I think is the last version Majalis has been using) to a new version would necessitate an update to the program because the spine files are bundled with it? Or are the spine player's js/css grabbed separately from their online servers?

Just asking out of curiosity because I've been sort of doing the same as you're doing in order play the animations separate from the game (albeit in a dumber and more time consuming way) and whenever Majalis updated their spine version I'd have to download the corresponding spine player css and js version files in order to play the animations without errors.

Clueless new player. How are charisma builds supposed to function? I'm in the very early game, but while fighting/magic actually defeat the enemy, charisma just opens me up to being attacked and fucked until I lose. The closest games I've played to this are the Fenoxo style games where slut builds are directlyl useful in combat, so I came in with the same expectation but it seems to work very differently here.

There's some enemies that cannot be "fucked into submission", (Dark Knight and Demon King especially, there are others) so pure charisma runs are usually just asking to get fucked, both literally and figuratively.
Usually you only need about 3-6 base charisma, rest you'll get from equipment (+2 from upgraded lace panties)/perks (+3 from hotter) to pass certain checks (8 is max check you'll need to pass with companions, 9 if you need 10 more food from dryad encounters).

You literally did fucking nothing to help anyone with anything, so no, you did absolutely not do anything remotely "useful" to begin with. All you did was rage senselessly over literally nothing. So whatever "future efforts" you speak of clearly would have been just as useless. If you intend to do something, do it properly.

PS: There were literally zero viruses, malware or anything else of the sort in any of the files you mentioned. I checked, thrice. So not only were you being lazy about the report, but you evidently couldn't even verify your own bullshit. Which version of the game do you have?
You can see it on the main screen on the bottom right corner, it should be 03.63.1 for the jelly to appear in the store.
If you have an older version, download the .jar from OP and replace the old one in the folder with it.

Download the jar file its the only one kept up to date
