One thing that confuse me is why the file size for demo is much bigger than the actual file game!?

Chiming in to say this does have a translation. I'm just entirely unsure of how to go about sharing it.
And I'd rather share it before broken_division screws it up.
EDIT: I've uploaded the existing translation to anonfiles
I'm not the translator, for the record. That's some dude named Chronomium, and you can read as much in the included translator's readme. I just found this.
