Nice start, this could be very good if you add animations to it.
It would be cool if we could rename the MC, for better immersion. Sometimes during dialog, the character that appears to be saying something clearly isn't, this happens a couple of times, not enough to annoy but it's noticeable.
The tags seems to be a little bit off as well, there's no actual vaginal sex yet, only a blowjob with your secretary. And Romance really? we're clearly playing an asshole MC(nothing wrong with that of course), unless the game does a 180 in the next update i don't see any Romances in the horizon.
