But credit where credit is due - you managed to not fuck up the default renpy project yet, and like half of games here fail at this step already. Nice transition on fetlife - also nice to see it in game
The art is nice for eye.Sadly, in my dictionary it's NTR, and as mentioned - not sure why uploaded in this state.
It took me longer to download than "finish" it.

I didn't have any issue with the black boy, as he was nothing more than a 'playtoy' for the weekend.
My concern is the girl/daughter who does not come across as a Domme.
(there are 2 types of Dommes. Your Naughty/playful type (ex. "Surrender to My Mistress" (awesome game))
and the Sadistic type who hates & despises men; gets off on punishment & humiliation.
I cannot wait to see where this game takes us.

Are you making a femboy game, or a sissification game? Because though there's a lot of overlap I fear you'll find they're quite different markets that are going to very vocally play tug-of-war with the content they want.I didn't want to give too much description and prefer to show her personality little by little, as the updates come out

I chose this character for her to dominate to show more of the contrast between their looks/size
with the idea that if she can stay dominant with someone like him, then doing that with a petite femboy and corrupting them in any way she wants won't be any challenge for her
because she'll be one of the characters who influences the main character the most in the future
the character she's dominating in the demo is just a side character and he won't be "turned into" a femboy, that will happen to the main character
Femboy fans are attracted to femininity and will largely get nothing out of seeing a muscular black dude get pegged, while sissification fans are their own can of worms that will either prefer only women if they're in the femdom camp or rather have the guy fuck her if they're in the NTR camp. Current demo I imagine really only appeals to a market of submissive black dudes, which is fine as they should have a game too, but doesn't seem like what you're going for. If he's an insignificant character I would probally suggest just cutting it and refactoring the demo to actually relate to the MC and set a proper promise of future content. A game about feminization with the interracial tag is already setting certain expectations that's going to draw one crowd while filtering another.
That's all to say, you can and should make the game you want, but you should probally tear the bandaid off now one-way-or-another so people can self-filter early, as otherwise you're gonna get a lot of bitching and flamewars later.

I'm probably not the intended audience, but it'd be nice for a 'femboy' themed game to just let the PC enjoy themselves freely as they change or transition. I can think of perhaps ...two or three that do this well, and in one of those it's not even the focus, haha.

Pity the dark skinned fellow isn't also going down the same route; it'd be a fun way to see your protagonists changes mirrored in somebody else, or how the path varied.

with the demo, I was aiming more to show the quality of art/animations to see if people like it, and not make you click through a ton of story text to see it, to show it more "in action" and at the same time give you a glimpse at Amber's personality before you get to meet her
as for the content/characters
in the game, you will be able to choose which characters to advance your relationship with and most likely all gay content will be avoidable (m/m)
also, all the characters will have their kinks and personalities, so the femdom theme for example would be explored from different approaches and perspectives with different characters (in a gentle-loving way or more forceful-humiliating ways), as well as other kinks
for example, Amber's approach would be a mix of blackmail, mind games, humiliation and pretty much toying with you, trying to push you to your limits
also, the interactions with the characters will have choices that matter, so the events can go multiple ways even if you focus on the same character in different playthroughs
the male character you see in the demo will be present in the game and will have optional events with the main character, but won't be a big part of the game
and as for the look of the main character - he is the one on the first screenshot
so it's not a sissification game, it will be more like a femboy theme game where you have the option to explore deeper if you like it or just enjoy more of a vanilla type stuff

And yeah, for feedback on that, the art style does look amazing. Are they painted over renders or were you able to set it all up with shaders? If it's shaders I'm really impressed with the lighting and how much sense of volume is preserved, it's not overdone and crushed like a lot of toon shaders are.

and as it takes some time to "get to know" the character, it wouldn't be really possible in this demo to show her full personality properly yet with just one interaction, but if you'd like to know more about her and how I'd like to show her in the future, here is her character introduction from the patreon page:

I have to say that your game looks very elegant.
I really appreciate that you offer different angles during the scene. I personally Play games with these settings never to feel immersed in a sub Position. I just like to torture the tranny/trap. So I really like the switch in perspective and to be able to watch the scene more the doms side.
I hope you will keep this aspect in the Game. Imho it would make it more unique as most other games are narrated as if the player would be the sub.
It would also be amazing if there would be a path where it does not take ages for the MC to come to terms that he is a sub slut that likes to be dominated.
I have nothing against that and if people like these Kind of lenghty Transitions all the power to them. But I always find it absolutely annoying to have to grind through dialogue where the MC is waffling on how he/she does not want to do this and that while of course that is the whole purpose of the game.
Starting your game with an established sub/dom scene is great. I really hope that the characters dynamics in the game will also be somewhat clearly defined like this.
Regarding the writing. You say you want to Show with this scene that she can domme even a guy like that. But this scene does nothing for me to show that. As the character herself I asked myself "how did he get loose?" then for some reason he also has the remote and seems to hand it to her.
Next thing she is fucking him.
While this might have made sense in your concept, for me whatching without any context it made the whole thing rather confusing.
Of course this is a porn game and in the end I would not care about Logic if the sex scenes are good. But I just want to explain that the way the scene is it does not characterise the domme for me.
Anyways. I wish you all the best and look forward to the "real" start of this thing!

If you like to "torture" mc, then you might enjoy what I have planned to be in the game in the future updates starting from the next one.
There will be two options for how you'd like to play.
The first one is you are the main character and all the events are described from your perspective as the mc.
And the second option is for you to "watch over" mc's actions and "suggest" what he should do, it would be more like you are giving the suggestions that would come up in his mind and he can do them or not, depending on the horniness and corruption level. So you'd be like a devil or angel on his shoulder giving perverted ideas and trying to make him do stuff or try to resist instead
and yes, the main character would be open to some stuff right from the start and it would be possible to have an eager approach, not only have him resist everything
yeah, I understand how it can be confusing with the scene, I hope you'll enjoy it more with the next ones

You mean that will be actual game options/path/howeveryoucallit that you can select and then affect the way the story is told?
That would be close to perfect for my way to enjoy those Kind of games. And also something that is not done 100 Times before.
