But it actually DOES have content. And actual sex scenes. Things to see, people to do. The problem is in how its laid out. It is incredibly rigid. Just read the walkthrough in post 1, ignore the bits referring to having both a servant and slave at once (which doesn't seem to be an option). Otherwise you will just get nowhere incredibly slowly.
Like the arena. Pick alchemist? Does nothing. Why? I dunno. Alchemist can fight.

So you have to go find (or simply read) the one thing to do. Any other action is, generally, pointless. Money has no meaning beyond buying X item for a given, entirely static, confusing quest, that forces you to go to a certain area at a certain time, then another at a certain time, then another, then see the first person again... but not the way you did the first time. Now she's in a new part of the map. But you visit her in the same place visually. So if you don't notice that new map icon, which is easy to miss, you may think the game broke or something.
On top of all this you have branching paths.
You have to get a crystal at some point. You can get a good one or a bad one. Bad one does 'something'. What? I don't know it doesn't bother to tell you in the walkthrough at the point the option happens and I can't be bothered trying to find what it does.
To get the bad one you have to see a chick 'after evenening mass'. When is evenening mass? Dunno. But do that. Then see a chick 'between morning mass and evening mass'. When is that? Dunno. Okay now go home, rest, rest, go back to her. Multiple times in a row. Tedious as fuck.
And doing this instead of the pure one will do something at some point some how. Don't like whatever it does once you find out what that is in however many hours? Tough luck dickydingdong. Better have made a backup. Which you may have, since this one kinda makes sense; you are told the crystal is corrupted.
But another branching path is based on the merc you do all this to hire. If you lose to tentacles too much when having her help, she tells you to fuck yourself and you have to find someone else. Who comes with unique perks. Didn't have a save before finding out she hates you for not winning every fight? Fuck you.
In its current state I would call this a walkthrough sim. With very little sex to be seen and most of that which is there is just
