You don't need the saves from part 1, if you want to customize somehow you can chose the custom start (name, and who you were in relationship with) or just go with the canon start (default name and harem)

Just playing update 7 and my inner Monk keeps being "offended" by the repeating occurrences of "Kread" instead of "Kraed" - maybe a global search'n'replace would help?

This update felt a bit short, maybe partially because of the 2 long, mute sex scenes.
It might be strange to complain because of long sex scenes in an adult game, but those are not the strongest points of Talothral's games and these 2 were specifically boring in my opinion. I feel some talk during the sex scenes would have improved on them.

You might want to check the "Extras" in the preferences.
Edit: As for the over all length, the sex scenes aren't scripted as is so those aren't really counted in the scripts lengths. I mean that at when they happen there is just note about sex scene in the script. And the story portion is always roughly the same length, give or take 20 pages (more or less 20 to 25 pages depending when the natural point of ending happens). Some choices may cut content though.
However, what actually happens during the update can alter the perception of the length of it, at times when the update is more combat it can feel differently than those that doesn't have combat.

Don't know if it's the mod or not but there is toggle in the settings for dialogue in the sex scenes (it's not much but if that's important to you maybe check it out).

Thanks! I didn't know about this option and even though there is not much real talk during these sex scenes it still makes it somewhat better. At least it does for me.
I usually like some dirty talk or teasing during sex scenes in adult games. I understand it doesn't necessarily fit MCs character or the scene itself but I hope we can have some more talk during sex scenes in future updates.
Maybe there was more talk and less action than usual and that's why I feel less happened. It's certainly not to the point that I'd say there was no progress in the story, it's just how I felt after finishing this update.

Truthfully, I mostly don't write it because it makes me laugh, and still more fan of the 70's softcore erotica overall, meh details. But there was some in TRS1 so for consistency there is some in TRS2. But since I know there are few who doesn't care for the dialogue it's toggled option, which will continue in future games as well. So in the next one you might look it up under the extras as well.
Although there is one who won't get dialogue because she is mute, have to see how I do her scene.
Also part of if it is that if you have enjoyed the story, you don't want it to end. you want that it keeps going. It's the "one more page at 5 in the morning when there is work the next day". So I don't take the comments of the update length too seriously, also because I know exactly how many pages of text, how many renders and how many line of codes I've put in each update.
