I asked Chad about what they would be called in other languages and I like theses German words

• Fräulein (daughters)
• Haussohn (sons)

also came up with these alternative, but english already has landlady/landlord so only good is you want to obfuscate it

• Vermieter (landlord)
• Wirtin (landlady)

So, we got an actually ISO standard about what to call or obscure a mother/son, sister/brother, father/daughter relationship to remain undetected by Patreon, Subscribestar and all the others?
Where shall I put the XXL neon "Not a way to obscure incest relationships for Patreon and others. Honestly!"?

For the rest:

• Fräulein: Old school honorific for unmarried women. The equivalent in English is Miss.
• Haussohn: I've never heard anyone use that.
• Vermieter: Yes, 100 points here, that is the direct translation of landlord.
• Wirtin: Normally used for innkepers.

I do not think that Haussohn is an existing German word. Maybe it once was, but so was Oheim (uncle) and noone uses it anymore outside of crosswords.
and yes, female version of Vermieter is Vermieterin.
Wirtin is for innkeepers and bar owners/ head of staff in bars (female).

German for tenant is Mieter/in (m/f)

generally I am not sure pretty sure using words from larger or economically relevant languages as "obfuscation" won't work. Counter measures can and will be upgraded/ extended ever so easily, think of updating your adblocker's list.

also I think it is not a good idea to pester English- etc. language players with special letters (here: ä, but also ß or œ î ç etc.) for no real reason.

That is the first time I've heard it, but as I'm not a German, could also be that. But then again, I quite sure you never heard of Bitzgi. And if you have, you may know we have even more for it that are even more special.

For what use? As c3p0 said it will not make the game goes under the radars, while most players will absolutely not understand what is the relation between the characters.
