Text / Font Error

I'm not sure on when this starts to occur but on some games i play, the text starts to include this weird glitch / static symbols between the texts.
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this? i tried reinstalling a couple of fonts the game used but it doesn't only apply to this game

Looks like the character being used to represent a blank space is not being recognized/displayed properly. It could be a translation issue that is using a non-unicode character for space instead and your system isn't recognizing it.

Installing the japanese language pack and changing system locale could solve that, but otherwise if it is just this game you could also wait for a proper unicode translation.

I've already installed the language pack along with the system locale long ago, the problem also happens to a couple of old VN games for examples ones that was made from drei would just show the static instead.
I'll try and see if resetting the pc as a whole works or not
