Text hooking RPGmaker games

Bunch of the best are still in Japanese, so I wonder if anybody has a easy to follow guide. Preferably with links to what is needed, including a offline dictionary such as Atlas.

I used this guide years ago. The links still seem to work. It hooks well with VN's and RPGMaker games. Make sure to also check the links at the bottom of the guide.
