Seeking TF focused sandbox, where you can change anyone and anyhow

Hello. Lately, my whole being has been craving something new, namely a sandbox game where there are some methods for changing(slowly) the gender, appearance, race of the NPC and the main character, as well as the ability to corrupt them. A fantasy setting is preferred, but not required. But having a futanari as changing variation is simply vital.

The closest options to what I'm interested in are HHS+ (closest to what I want), Artifact by Mesmerizers and Free Cities. Well, Lilith's Throne fits to some extent.

CoC, CoC2, TiTS, although good, do not have the required scale for NPC changing.
