Did you previously have the walkthrough mod installed? Apparently it's not being continued as there is now an integrated walkthrough. Walkthrough mods often have to change line numbers, which typically breaks saves. It's more likely to work when installing the mod than when returning to vanilla. But it could also be caused by the changes from integrating walkthrough functionality into the main game.
No, but I had the incest patch. Could that be the reason?
Also, there is a way to figure out the choices made in a save so that I can "restore" it with Episode Skipper integrated in the game? I honestly don't remember half of them.

The website should be fine, otherwise it wouldn't be on Approved File Hosts on the forums. My ISP also doesn't trigger anything. There are some users complaining about it though, because of the ads, but I don't see any with ublock origin. My guess is the ads triggering issues with your ISP, not the website itself.
About the file itself, I have no idea, I didn't check it myself yet.

Damn what a noticeable increase in quality. Now the rest of the game looks like ass compared to this update.

only the ones really close to the ending were, i was able to restore one from a little before they started the couch scene with the Clarissa and the family...
