Jokes aside, I'm a bit biased, because while Georgia also engages in netori, I've always been a fan of incest in games as well, if well written. While I hate NTR, I like the opposite, I've always loved scenes of "stealing the girl" at front of their husband or anything else. And being the mom is a plus, as well Sophie's model is gorgeous. Feels "fresh", but at the same time still gives that milf vibe.
But who knows, if Suzie and Michelle have similar scenes who knows, maybe I reconsider. Although her model is one of my favorites, along with Nova and Esme, as I already said above. But again, all the girls in the game are pretty likeable. The only ones I felt a bit "meh" were Raya, Morgana and Stella, but who knows, maybe that changes in the future. I still like them, just not my favorites. But again, it's hard to please everyone.
Along with Caridbis and Jestur, this probably one of the games were most if not nearly all girls are likeable to the player. Ones still are favorite to some, but I don't see someone actually hating one, at least so far.

Prob dumb question but is it possible to get this patch to work on android? Where would I need to put it to work
Ren'Py uses the same structure so probably yes, unless apk works in a different way I'm not recalling. About where to put it, it's on the same "game" folder, the same way you would do it on windows. You need to search on mobile folders for that. I can't recall now because I don't play games on the mobile for quite some time already.
