Hello, I created this post to show my development progress and to give someone who is interested the opportunity to ask about something specific. I’ll begin this post sharing two videos of my last creations:
- Foot IK: It calculates the distance and rotation of the ground relative to the feet and modifies the rotation of the feet to adapt it to the slope
- Ragdoll Physics: I want to use this to react to environmental dangers on future planets expeditions and in combat.
- Hit reaction: The enemy will react to the hits depending on the impact zone
- AI aim and cover: In the aim system the enemy looks for a position where it has line of sight with the player
With the cover system, when the player gets close to the enemy, they will look for a safe position from which to continue attacking
