Shitloads of families are now locked in together, it's now dangerous to get in close contact with anyone you weren't in close contact with before (i.e. not much dating), and people (especially people used to promiscuity) are gonna get horned UP. Presumably they'll let off their tension with some good ol' fashioned pornography, but if the Internet goes out...hoo boy.

So the next time you see one of those incest games about a guy who spends the entire game stuck in a house with his blood relatives for months on end and you start to feel the urge to complain about how unrealistic the premise is, remember: that shit's real now.
