The premise is interesting but I feel the game suffers from a lack of real weight behind the decisions you're being asked to change given the stated penalties for doing so, so it all feels a bit of a mismatch. The game's main maguffin is the magic watch that turns back time but you lose 4 months off your life so it's just a series of random events which happen and then the player has the choice of pushing the button to change it and die a little or not and play it out. But because the focus is on the button it feels some situations are kinda forced to create a scenario to warrant it.
One of the first pushes is around being caught giving yourself some self love. Like... embarrassing sure worth 4 months? Not at all. Similarily there's one where you cut your finger whilst cooking so again you're asked "press the button?" and again, is four months worth it for something that a booboo?
The game could probably benefit from removing the idea of losing months off your life, and have some other down side, or make the situations to use the button worth the actual effort of literally killing yourself. Literally no one's going to use the button for cutting themselves, but they would if their house had burned down or something.
Beyond that the game's ok. Models are fine, humour's fine but for a game that's 3 years old I feel there should be more than 9 taps worth of content (or 3 years off your life if you're trigger happy)
