The character styles of different posing software

How would you describe the style of each posing software?

Imo HoneySelect/AI are 2.5D, DAZ3D and VAM are realistic. Is this terminology accurate?

I really like HoneySelect's characters but hate the studio. So I'm looking for other software that has that style, but I don't even know how to describe it.

What you want to search for is Cell Shading, Toon Shading, NPR (Non-Photorealistic Rendering) any of these terminology would do, which Honey Select falls into. As for Daz3d/Vam those are PBR (Physical Based Rendering). Though keep in mind that Vam is more of a game rather than a 3D tool.

With that said, any 3D software can achieve those looks, such as Blender, or Daz3D if you're looking for free alternatives. However these software does not have a one click solution. If you're looking for that you'll have to pay. But there is one here that you can grab with the following link below for Daz3D.
