What it is
Visual novel. Not basically or technically it is in fact a visual novel made by RPGMaker.
But since it is also a game and not a paper novel I will judge it as a game.
Story 2/5
I've read thousand mangas. I now rarely read japanese cuck slob.
I find most manga/anime/novel based Japanese media repulsive (story/script wise).
Sadly this is not better than other 1000 iterations of Japanese media.
The whole plot reeks of stupidity and that stupidity is MC.
The whole Japanese cuck manga media holds together because they created that specific MC architype.
Those MC's are perfect self-inserts and can be used for many genres.
They are almost always kind yesman who cannot say no or have any brain power when theme of self-respect or love comes along.
Let's just say while his friends intentions were noble the path she took is disgusting. As for MC? If my friend was so resolute to use this method, i think i would consider transfering to "special" school since retardation is a valid reason.
In reality though? His friend could use dozens of methods to help him before commiting this.
Audio 2/5
At least there was some (cannot say about dozens of VN's here) . Some pleasant background melody. It wasn't bad.
Low score is only because there waere only background melodies.
Mechanics 1/5
+1 having ability to click .
Though i actualy would have prefered not having to be forced using my keyboard to move and click. That feeling that dev forced us to make more actions to keep us more invested.
Decisions? There is none. You use keyboard to move to a fucking door. Other than that you mash "space" and then click via mouse or arrow keys to choose a decision, guess what you have only 1 decision throughout the game: Not cheating.

It's RPGM. So in my humble opinion either you make magic happen (seen some games with RPGM but heavily leaning towards VN) and make it interesting or make a damn RPG.
RPGM isn't the best engine to make VN.
Overall 2/5
I play these games for the story but i literally don't see many people wanking to that.
There is no auto button and occasionally you need to push other keys to move the damn story forward.
There is "NTR" but it isn't NTR that get's you the bad vibe.
So this game had 0 value in story for me (value and rating are 2 separate things) and i couldn't even see wank value.
Due to above stated reasons i decided to rate this game. I dislike rating games because i do not use them for sexual gratification thus i'm biased.
But here? It lacks both in my interest and in general interest.
