The only thing the mod does is increase Ashley's breast size from "sexy big" to "comedy relief big", and edits some of the Andrew sprites so that he's holding his knees to his chest in that scene.
At least I hope that that's what the modder was going for, because the only other thing it could possibly be would be him suddenly growing breasts.

Honestly the original version of Ashley are already perfect, her boobs fit with her design so the idea of making them into big balloons really are unnecessary. Just simply adding H scenes with her and done, really no need for this... upgrade...
Ashley will go full machete if she could see what has been done to her.

It doesn't even work properly. Not all of the image files can be opened so you have Ashley rapidly going through different breast sizes.

Do yourself a favor and play it without the 'mod', it's a really good game. Very dark though, and it's not a porn game so don't go in expecting sex scenes. You've been warned!
