Despite it having absolutely no practical or storyline (at the moment value) I recall many of my early walkthroughs involving shagging the sister and mother until there was a potential bun in the oven, then swapping genders and allowing the mom to give the main character a little potential baby bump all of their own. Good times.

Definately curious what plot threads we'll be able to choose from (paths) for Eva and the sis if they follow a similar amount of options that Penny has been upgraded to.

That's a bit misleading. You will have access to both after Chapter 4 is released. The reason why Lauren arrives and Diana leaves is part of the story in Chapter 3 but yes Diana will return and you will still have access to Lauren as well.

Edit: Westane is announcing stuff this Thursday. Roadmap's, 6.1.1 news, and a few other things. Make sure to not miss out!

You have to be one or two times submissive in the bathroom with John and then you have to try and dose him. If you get the achievement "Johnny be bad" you are on the John Dom path.

They don't, at least not at the moment. Maybe when Chapter 4 comes out in 2020 but at the moment there are only 1-2 scenes with each person.
