It doesn't suck, but it is definitely not as good as it would have been if Inatari hadn't released it in chunks. As things it it feels a little anticlimactic. If you have the good fortune of playing the one update through to the end without having the events divided up by a few weeks I suspect it will flow much better. It also continued the trend of not giving us access to the scene replay room and even though I know Inatari typically doesn't add the replays until at the following update, it does suck not to be able to see other scenes.
As a general critique I think Inatari is falling into the same rut that other NTR creators tend to when they finally push the snowball down the hill. Like HC2 before it, CotV's first sex scenes with the main cast feel underbaked. With Marin her first scenes come simply because Enlai is annoying. With Violet it feels like (update 5.4 spoilers) Inatari crammed four or five updates worth of Violet being dissatisfied with her husband sexually into 5.4, which causes her scenes to feel well timed but also not consistent with her character. Yui is likely to cheat on Ryuu after their upcoming date, either due to a date that remains more chaste than she wanted or a date in which Ryuu does not live up to the unrealistic expectations set by her boss' telephone pole dong. Unless Inatari throws some kind of curveball I feel like only Yui's scenes aren't going to feel out of character or a little stupid since it's well established that the girl is dumb as a sack of hammers since she willingly entered a relationship in which her middle aged boss "teaches" her to service Ryuu and it's been that way for multiple updates.

I'm locking it right now, Ryuu's gonna start masturbating sometime before the date because of what his gradpa told him in v0.5.4 after they get back from the camping trip that "jerking off calms the nerves", or whatever the fuck he said, and because of that Ryuu's gonna show up to the date drained the fuck out and he's not gonna be able to get his already below average (by village standards) dick up for Yui.

That's certainly an option, but it would be well within Ryuu's established personality to not even consider sex on the first date because he can barely work up the balls to kiss Yui.
Ryuu may not be perfect, but calling him an ass is completely inaccurate. By all accounts he is a very nice person and he's actively gotten in the way of the attempts of Enlai to seduce Marin since she's his little sister and Enlai is a known disgusting, literally and figuratively filthy pervert. That's pretty good behaviour on his part, far from being an ass. And he has expressed suspicion over how his mother and grandfather are behaving even if he's missing the actual actions they're taking due to porno world induced blindness. He's also likely possessed or being stalked by a demonic creature of some kind leading him to have blackouts and strange episodes at opportune moments, thus causing him to miss the obvious. you want a mentally deficient hero go play the first two Henteria Chronicles, Ryuu isn't as bad as either of those protagonists.
No, and stop asking about it. There's been nothing to indicate such an act will happen and the updates are currently entering the sex phase. So such an act is not only unlikely to happen for the next while, but also unlikely to happen at all. Obsessing over one very specific fetish isn't going to do you any good.
