It's explicitly called out in the TOS. Though it sounds like how long it takes them to enforce it is a bit of a toss-up.

My parents had me late. All my aunts are 40 years older than me lol. I think I hurt one of their ribs once in a hug. This would only work if you parents had you early and your aunts were all much younger than your parents. I know some people who turned aunts/uncles when they were in middle school. That's a much better age gap lol

Luuwanjing if you made a game where the main character was Hiro's friend or something then it might be fine. Have it say that you are friends with Hiro, but then in the patch of the game you actually play as the Child of Aunt Cass or something. Or use a different site than patreon.

Apparently those photos were published in Reddit time ago. I suppose he has censored the face because of plausibility, to create the sensation of a true story told by the protagonist, not because he's protecting his actual aunt.

Why not, after all?
There are so many people here who bitch as soon as a story mentions incest, rape, loli or whatever, as if it were reality and not fiction and pixels.
So why not agree with them for once and pretend the story is true?
Reality doesn't really matter, it's what our brains make of it that counts for us.
