i saw the snail pace when this came out, no sex no sex no sex no sex and then I just dropped it and check in now and then to see if sex been added so it might be worth playing
but ofc I got over 500 other games to pick from so it is not like im waiting for next update

This game is different for sure. There are many games that are so much alike that I sometimes forget which is which. That's not going to happen here.
There is eroticism, romance, and possibly soon sex also. But at the same time there is a strong story, and that needs to be noted the story makes the need for lewd scenes almost disappear.

Quest progression...
From glancing through the thread I see that one should be able to reject certain characters (stop amorous advances, etc), yet still have the ability to advance the main quest. I have found this not to be the case.
I was originally playing as the playboy and not being selective about my advances. But after witnessing the behavior of Luna (who easily fits the diagnosis of Antisocial Personality Disorder*) I really didn't want to continue with her seduction, but in stopping I am locked out of the main quest. So I started over and attempted to interact with her as little as possible and the result was the same--a stalled main quest.
So, my question is this: Is it possible to progress in the main quest without trying to seduce all the females?
*A credit to the author(s) for creating a character with classic signs and symptoms of the number one disorder found in violent criminals.

You don't play this game for the sex. As simple as that. Sex is (will be, so far you can only get a blowjob) the strawberry on top of the ice cream here. Tasty, but not the reason you eat the dessert. If you just want the strawberries, avoid this one. If you want an amazing story, with great characters, fantastic writing and top AAA game quality, play this game.I've never played a VN that goes Like 12 updates into the game and still no sex. To those that want to be different I guess. I will come back to this one after I see "Vaginal Sex" in the Tags. Best of Luck

No it's not possible because some main quests require you to do some events with the sisters for exemple.
You have 10 main quests, some major events, you need to work to get more experience and money and to get up on the Deluca's ranks, events with the girls. You can check the guide if you want to see a bit what the game have
The main purpose of this game is your ascension on the DeLuca ranks and the story about the mafia, your family and the contract who links you to the Deluca. The other purpose is the relationship with the different girls from the family.
