I can't put my finger on why, but I'm a bigger fan of the older artstyle. It's like the style was more unique and made the characters appear to have more personality.
It also looks like they defurred the catgirl, aged up the youngest demon sister, and gave the mummy bigger tits in the remake.

Yknow it's honestly pretty funny how the game really tries to thread the line between
"The MC is a hilarious moron who goes to extreme lengths to never kill any monster no matter what because he doesn't want any monsters to dislike him, but constantly rapes because he doesn't understand that rape makes girls not like you"
And the fact that he has a 100% succesful loving relationship aquired rate despite all the initial hard feelings he Inspires. with his raping.
It really wants to have it's cake and eat it to. and honestly it basically works, they nailed it. See it's not that the rape was positive force on his relationships it's just that the girls all come to forgive and get over it, in light of his other positive qualities. Kinda Woke.
