After route branching, the quest is "A Request from the Monster Researcher" in Kamiyado, complete the quest will unlock pregnancy. Also her house (the researcher) you can learn some H skill by etching with a lot of monster. But the tentacle one is still bugged tho, save before you interact with it or just don't
Both route has this quest btw

How many H skills are there in total? When I touched the red orb for the first time, both the girls learned -

Two ways

1.You can chose to have the girls start as non-virgins when the game prompts you to. You can even decide how they loose their virginity.

2. Raise the girls lewdness to at least C, then visit the shop in the city, and select to buy the night companion sets (one with each girl). Those will give you access to dildos you can use to have the girl(s) take their virginities by having them masturbate in their dorm room and selecting to use the dildo when prompted near the end of the initial scene.

Once the path splits, the quest that unlocks pregnancy opens up for both paths.

Also, the characters can secretly be pregnant before that from getting creampied, and instantly give birth once completing the preg quest.
