The game gives a superficial appearance of being better than it is. Most likely, you're going to open this game up and be met with a fairly sleek presentation that makes you wonder why it's treated so harshly. You'll hear people mention the grind and, if you're like me, you might even think "Whatever, I quite like grinding stats and resources like it's an old school JRPG". With that in mind, let me share for you your life should you proceed:

You'll be met with some classic choices of women that you'll want to pursue. To pursue them you'll need food.

At this point, you grind for food, which is lengthy and tedious.

You then find you want to explore the rest of the world. After a quick glance, you've run out of food. You spend a long time getting more.

You then find that to progress with a character you need to increase your stats. You begin to increase stats, causing you to run out of food. You spend a long time getting more, while having barely increased the character stats.

You then find that you need to increase the girls lust stats. As soon as you've started, you run out of food. You spend a lot of time getting more.

You also need a shit ton of wood. Getting wood is tedious. It causes you to run out of food, so be prepared to spend time getting food.

You also need metal and plastic. Getting metal and plastic is tedious via a pacman type mini game and battles. Doing that causes you to run out of food.

During this, you might just have found time to find some more girls and put them in your makeshift prison. Doing so massively increases the requirements for food.

You may find tedious ways to complete the recipes and boost your food supply. This will be something of an improvement, but nowhere near enough. Don't forget to grind for food.

You may get the hint that you're making progress with a character, but it's unclear. You probably need to pay a subscription to get a scene where Eva Elfie and a penis are in the same room together. This presumably makes her hungry, so I expect you'll have to grind for food afterwards.

Bugs don't appear to increase the need to grind for food, but they're still irritating.

I really tried with this game. I really was patient. I spent a fair bit of time trying to figure out mechanics and see if the pay-off was worth it. It's intolerably bad. It even has a bizarre thing where playing on so many consecutive days gives you coins to buy items that I couldn't figure out what they do. As if I want to play a porn game everyday to max nothing rewards.

Easily the best part of this game is when you close your browser and remember that your cupboards in the real world are stocked.

This game is nothing more than a boring grind fest. Most of the content is paywalled. Best to avoid honestly. If you do want to play, use a cracked version so you can skip some of the grinding and get access to all content.

The only fun I found was watching the dev make a fool out of himself in the comments.

Barely has content, too grind-y, no fun game loop and story to push further. Dev is lack of communication and empathy as far i see here. Working too much to cheat proof and hiding tiny bits of content behind a paywall, than actually putting content.

Let me give you some context about how this game is written. I played the intro of this game and the dude you play as is an insufferably sexist prick. If you go into the kitchen you have a couple of paragraphs how men don't belong in the kitchen and its a woman's job to cook for him. Next up, when I checked up on Elfie she said she is reading a Dragonlance book (a series of fantasy novels) and you look and its "The Haunting of Palmer House" - a real novel that has nothing to do with Dragonlance and is most definitely not steamy. At this point its worth pointing out you have a raging boner because this game loves to remind you of it every other sentence. The women of the house are clearly meant to be your family for some incest stuff, but the game defaults to calling them your friend/landlady respectively to make it less obvious (given how Cherie talks to you, it doesnt do a particularly good job at it).

In a supernatural sex scene right after you are enticed by a blue woman with wide curves. After some laborious lines about how big your cock is, she slips your cock between her breasts which are in the next line described as tentacles. The creature looks like a fantasy elf, notably without tentacles. You then fuck her into submission.

You wake up after a 6 month coma which somehow turned you into a muscular gigachad with a gigantic penis. Which btw is nothing more than a visual detail because the infected women have super strength which lets them push you over easily anyways. Speaking of, women get mad with lust if the dont get D-Root unless your family because they masturbate frequently or something. You get this explained twice over so dont worry if you missed it on the first go.

You grind resources with minigames, like the fishing minigame from stardew valley or spam clicking to get wood.

You do the turn based combat in this game by... spinning a wheel. The mad dummy I fought against at first talked like a crazed zombie and then she talked like fantasy game supervillain.

It is honestly comical how terrible writing in this game is. I reviewed another terrible html game called Hung Kong on this site and I gave it some points by how utterly bonkers stupid the writing is. I wouldn't give this game the same praise. This is written without any rhyme or reason and isnt entertaining in the slightest. If you aren't nonstop fapping your IQ to 0 while playing this game (which is difficult since most of the gameplay is clicking trees) you'll just groan in pain by how awful the writing here is.

I lost a few hours of my life playing this game (if you can call it a game to begin with). I've never seen such a blatant effort to take people's money and giving nothing in return. It's html for f sake. I would understand it if the whole game was an original game that the dev spend a lot of time to design the models, the gui, the art, etc. But no, it's just real porn scenes, so asking for more money for things you didn't create is just insane to me.

If you decide to play this, you should know it's very grindy and even when you reach your goals it's very anticlimatic and the payout doesn't match the effort.

The gameplay is simple, and boring. The writing uninspired. Content is generic and mediocre.

If that wasn't enough, there's paywalls everywhere to unlock everything from simple common mechanics, to resources, to galleries full of real porn.

You heard that right - paying for stolen porn.

The GUI is ok, I guess. Not okay enough to deserve a second star.

So, this game is average if we consider free indi porn games, and is quite good for a HTML porn game in my honest opinion.
The best part of the game which allows me to put three stars to it is battle fuck system. All those rounds which start from gazing and end by hard banging. I like this idea and I like to play this mode. It's 4 of 5.
Some words about grinding that damn food. It is very frustrating at the beginning but after some waystone it becomes so easy that you don't mind anymore. You just don't know how to spend those enormous piles of food you gathered by cooking.
About sex encounters and slave system - they are not very good so far. Most gifs are bad aligned and like to be honest in most of the encounters we have deal with not so pretty girls and women. Like they aren't in my taste. I want more content with Gabbie, Angela, Lana and Elfie, but not with some random pornstars, some milfs who look worse than Angela or Gabbie.
GUI is acceptable, but partly. I'll give it 2 of 5.
In future updates I want to have more battle fuck and I wish they would concentrate their efforts on them, because they are the best part of the game, imho.

Art style is normal in specific areas like Crimson Wood or Green Area, so 2 of 5.

Grinding system is 2.5 of 5. It's too frustrating on the early stage.
Sound is okay I guess. 3 of 5.
Perfomance is not perfect. There are still some bugs and unexpected scenarios in the game. 3 of 5
Sex content in general is 3 of 5. Too less content with really sexy girls and women and too much with random and not best girls and women, imho.
So, 3 of 5 for a free porn game, and 4 of 5 for a HTML porn game in my honest opinion.

Cons:
1- Very grindy game, unreasonably grindy if I would say so myself.
2- Very wordy writing, long winded scenes that have zero sexual content.
3- Needless use of AI art in a real porn game, the portrait for every single main girl is AI, and it makes it hard to recognize them.
4- Unreasonable food requirement, that the advancement in the game just can't keep up with.
5- Good luck reporting any dissatisfaction with any element that could be better, because it was designed to be that discomforting to force you into subscribing.
6- 10 hours into the game and just saw 2 actual porn scenes (In part because only the last 3 pages of the scenes were pornographic, all leading up to that just mundane and boring story telling)

This game is so paywall for scenes you can just find elsewhere. The grind isnt worth it either. Find another place to jerk off its not here. Used to be kind of interesting with its combat mechanic. Good idea, horrible way to profit off it. Try an earlier build it was better.

This game is terrible. The real porn integration is pathetic. The grind is insane. Do not believe the BS of making the game fun yet balancing the grind. This game is a boring slog and I gave myself a base 10k wood for harvesting, and 100 times the plastics and metals and I still found the game induce the desire to hang myself.

The mini games are created by design to be annoying and unfun. There is no content. The progression to gain trust and love is at a snail's pace. And guess what i created! and I hate the game's buggy nature.

Hunting for food is a slog and i gave myself 99% success chance for all difficulty levels of creatures.

Are you seeing a pattern? The entire game is designed for you to get fed up with the game and want to pay them money for cheat codes. To pay them cash to make the game playable a game that is not playable only because this a-holes made the grind so absolutely fucking terrible.

There are no redeeming aspects to the game. The real porn is meh at best because the quality sucks when you go full screen grainy as shit. The story is boring, the mini games are annoying. The amount of clicking in this game is insane. There is no actual game play because all mini games are inserted to break up the flow of the narrative.

The sex is just boring, you can't actually afford to keep prisoners' because the amount of food you can gather or grow is pathetic such that you have to grind and grind and grind. If you die you lose everything you are carrying which may not sound bad but when the game is such a hellscape of grinding it will represent hours of lost investment.

I can not express just how bad this game is, it is the worse game on the site for grind. Think on this I gave myself +10k wood, 100 times the metal and plastics along with near 100% hunting success for food and i can't make the enjoyable to play because of the intense grind at this rate. This proves to me that the developers don't play this game at all. If they claim to they are lying and use cheat to advance.

If I could give this game a zero i would. I have never seen a development strategy so disrespectful of a player's time then this game.

This game is ridiculously bad. Extremely grindy even with cheats on, and the scenes rarely ever match the context. The gameplay loop is playing the same few trash minigames until you have good stats. The progression system for characters is awful too, they're literally stat checks where you click a button three times. Sure there are good gifs and videos, but this game is sooo bad.

-One point for collecting/farming items
-Second Point for interesting exploring and mini games like "pac man"

negative:
-to much time spent on food collection

-repetitive /massive point collection inflating the grind endlessly to unlock scenes.

-to much scenes seam hidden behind a paywall

-overall everything in this games becomes repetitive and grind y because of the real lack of content/functions.

conclusion:
Game seams not even half done, rather existing content is stretched out beyond any reason.
Hopefully in 3-5 years this can be a really interesting game...until then 2 stars from me.

1/5 as of now. Game has very little content despite a lengthy development by a full team (There are many solo developers that outpace them at putting out content), is plagued by bugs and it's team seems to be engaging in questionable aspects in regards to it's development.

The good:

-UI is quite different from usual HTML games. It's refreshing to see people actually implementing some js instead of going with SugarCube template.

-Team is quite quick and responsive when it comes to reporting bugs.

The bad:

-Bugs. There are a lot of them and often are rooted in simple stuff as the team forgetting to put the files for newer scenes, spelling or extension mistakes and bad copy-pastes from other passages.
The team doesn't seem to test anything before each release, as reflected on how many bugfixes (Usually 2/3) are released in the very next days after each minor version release.

-Bad coding practices that lead into the previous point, many of the bugs you can encounter are the product of very basic outsights, such as forgetting to include the files of the scene or copy pasted conditions from another passage that don't work.

-Extreme and lengthy grind tied to small minigames (Pacman with no AI at all instead relying on random movements for every foe, stardew valley fishing copy and several gacha games like slots or spinning wheels) that get repetitive after a couple of plays.

-Content is capped at milestones and for now is quite bare bones. This is specially egregious since you can see in the code there are many scenes already written that could vastly expand the game even if the story is not there yet to catch up.

The Horrible:

-User experience has been consciously designed to promote shilling off in order to avoid the grind. This is a clear choice given the following:

• Console access is blocked through "normal" means, preventing players from editing variables like they would usually do in an HTML game.
• Resource pay out from minigames is extremely low, forcing players to spend long periods of time in order to gather enough materials for a small unlock that amounts to less than 5 minutes of content before going back into the grind.
• Relationship building is even more tedious and slow than resource gathering.
• The team went throught the effort of obfuscating the code in order to prevent people from altering their planned flow.
• Bonus content locked behind paywalls starting at 20 bucks reaching up to 100 dollars per month.

-Dubious practices from the team, engaging in fake reviewing in the past in order to boost the appeal of their game and upset the extremely negative rating.

-Lack of will to engage in regards to criticism, usually disregarding it or simply ignoring it.

-Based on the amount of bugs and bad practices regarding the code minigames are very likely to be based or plainly copied from other games or github projects without any crediting to the original template.

Conclusion:

It has potential, but I don't believe this game is truly worth in it's current state.
A drastic change of direction, although welcomed, seems very unlikely.

Terrible loot balancing, broken code, ridiculous paywalls and active anti-cheat makes this game not worth downloading.

There is little to no conveyance, the game's systems are janky at best, and content ends far too soon.

This is a piece of junk littered with ham-fisted implementations from mobile/gacha games that acknowledges they're wasting your time, but fully expects that they can loop in some of the addict-prone people and hopefully make some mobile-style money in the process. Only, there aren't millions of people playing this trash like on phones. With every update, they expend effort to counter cheating that bypasses their built-in paid cheat system. Additionally, play far enough, and you'll hit more paywalls for more crappy "content".

I could understand self-preservation tactics to some extent if the content was of higher quality, but this isn't it. This is a phoned in Sugarcube/TWINE game.

I like the game a lot, the game put some images here and there (theres not much like literally sexual content) but not a lot ngl, most of the time is in the combate system (and behind a paywall)

This combat is easy to understand and reward u even for losing, which idk if is good but i like.

I see two things that I really didnt like, the 1st one, is that the progres in the early game is a little bit slow, u have to get a lot of things (food, equipment, gifts, lust and materials) with not so good equipment the fights are difficult but when go pasa to the mid game the game become a little bit of clickin simulador

The 2nd one is that rn theres no much content with material, u just build things and thats all, for example u can put a garden and one of the girls can plant some food

Overall this game is good, I highly recommend it and although it is a bit grindy, I think it is worth it.

The game is pretty fun overall, but it feels like you didn’t put a lot of effort into making it, especially considering that you’re charging people for it.

From what I can see, it mostly looks like you just pulled images and GIFs from the internet and repackaged them into this so-called "game." It doesn't really feel like there was a lot of original content or creative work put into it.

That said, I have to admit, despite all that, I do enjoy it. It’s entertaining and can be pretty fun to play, even if it’s not the most polished experience.

One thing I appreciated is that the story is surprisingly long, even for players who don’t pay. However, it seems like lately, it's shifting more towards a paywall, which is a bit disappointing.

I hope in the future, you’ll reconsider how much of the game is locked behind payments.

The Fapocalypse" features a wide variety of characters, which adds some depth to the experience. However, without premium subscriptions, the game feels like the developer decided to say, Sure, you can play for free—but on 'freaking Asian difficulty.'The grind is relentless, and progression is painfully slow without paying. While the characters and story elements are appealing, the constant resource farming quickly becomes a chore. The difficulty feels artificially inflated to encourage spending, which can frustrate those hoping for a more balanced experience. It has potential, but the grind and difficulty curve may turn away casual players.

Since this game is still early in it's development, it's interesting, has some potential, and isn't bug-ridden it earns 3stars from me. If this was v1.0 and was still as it is, I'd probably only give it 1.5-2stars.


edit: forgot my only real complaint: DO NOT HARDCODE INCEST. This is a dealbreaker for me, and is worthy of 0star rating. Even if the relations you set at the beginning of the game worked, the game is still riddled with bro, sis, mom, cousin, mother, etc. Because of the way scenes are broken up between the html and js files even Find&ReplaceAll is greatly annoying. Either make editing the relations work, or just don't pretend incest is optional.

To make this a 4-5star game, I think it needs the following:

• Replace Wheel minigame
  • Minigames either need to be fun enough to be a gameplay mechanic in a non-porn game, or add the the immersive experience of the porn.
• Improve the porn scenes
  • Need to be longer, and have some consistency. I also do not like the animated ones from the forest area. Getting CGI after realporn is disappointing.
• Do we really have to backtrack through the areas to return to the shelter?
  • just little quality of life stuff,
• Make the rpg elements like gear matter.
• REDUCE THE GRIND
  • 80virus? That's 100% artificial grind to get people to buy cheats. You will never have 80virus unless you purposefully go out to acquire it, and it's not fun to do so.
  • Lust/Trust going into the 2000s? Even if you use the rarest gifts, it takes so many.
  • If the game is fun, I don't use cheats, so using grind as mechanic to drive sales has the exact opposite effect on me.
• Don't fall to feature creep and extending the story until the game is fleshed out.
  • Don't allow people to waste resources on things that aren't available yet.
  • Progress development in a more linear fashion.
    • Avoid breaking saves
    • Making players start over to see new content, etc.

This game is somewhat entertaining and has a bit of an interesting gameplay loop, as well as good scenes and innovative mechanics. That being said, though, I find it hard to recommend it considering the awkward UI, the insane amounts of farming required to get the game going, the somewhat awkward system mechanics, and the general feel this game has of being insanely padded for playtime.

I might have considered giving this game 3 stars, but I personally find the addition of anti-cheat functions in porn games to be an annoying, and honestly mind boggling concept. The only rationale I can see in it is that the absurd grind is present as a means of frustrating players so much that they support the dev monetarily, and use the built in cheat system. This, to me, makes me want to rate the game even lower due to the anti-player nature inherent in the game's very design. This monetization scheme, at least to me, just kills interest in the game rather than making me want to support the dev. Some may not agree with me on this, however, so to each their own.

TLDR it's a solid game with an absolute absurd amount of grind and a needless anti-cheat system. It could potentially even be a 4 star in my book, if it wasn't for the dev's own practices.
