Daz products have three (or more) components that are copied into your daz folder tree when they are installed.
The items that show up in the Content panes of the UI are under heirarchy of folders under your <content root> folder.
(note: There is only one base content folder by default, but you can rename them and/or have multiples, so in my case I have "Official Content" <- installed via Daz Install manager, "DLContent" <- manually installed, and "PoserContent" <- manually installed old poser stuff.)
The first part is the "product listing" which is placed under the category chose by the creator, and then normally under creators name and then product name:
<content root>/<category>/<creator name>/<product name>/
The second part is the "data" for the product, which includes textures and shape files and other stuff (scripts etc). this is installed into <content root>/data/<creator name>/<product name>/<item name>
The third part are the textures, these go into <content root>/Runtime/Textures/<creator name>/<product name>/<item name>
WARNING: the folder structure is not enforced by the government, the Avengers, or the Justice League. official Daz marketplace products are (generally) rejected unless they conform to the standard, but stuff from smaller 3rd party stores is wild-west and they might do anything... so the above is a guideline not an official fact.
For example, I've got Fugazi1968's "FG 70s Room" installed in my official content.
The "listing" for the product that shows up in the content browser pane is here.
C:\DAZ3D\OfficialContent\Environments\Architecture
The 3d objects/shape morphs etc keys are here:
C:\DAZ3D\OfficialContent\data\Fugazi1968\FG 70s Room
The image textures are here:
C:\DAZ3D\OfficialContent\Runtime\Textures\Fugazi1968\FG 70s Room
Based on the name of the thing that is listed in the error, I'd guess you've got a bad install where only the product listing files/folder is present but the data is missing.
Try looking in <content root>/people/Genesis 8 Female/ ??? / and then work out which creator or character corresponds to "cire992".
Given that it *used to work*, the trouble must be caused by recent installed item. That might be a character, it might be a shape morph package... what did you install recently?
