How do I trigger the orgy with the guard in heaven? The only message that appears is "I should talk with him later".
Go to the directory where your game is, then go into the sub-directory "game", then into the sub-directory "saves". There will be all saves saved in the current version - the naming scheme is "<page>-<slot>-LT1.save". Delete the ones you want to remove.
Once you're done, go into "%APPDATA%\RenPy\TheFixer-1582640956" (just paste this into Explorer's address bar) and do the same here.

Talk to him later; the guard occasionally changes. So you have to talk to the right guy. Go do something else.
I already did I try and try, I go do something else, I wait for the guards to change and the only message I get is that I should wait as to not seem too eager. I have been playing this game for 4 years now it seems there is a bug, because in earlier versions I was able to flirt with the guard now it's permanently glitched on the "I should come later" message.
Crazy to me how after about 3 years and tons of updates the main story line hasn't seen any progress
Bluescreens are usually a sign of hardware failure. Maybe RenPy just uses some feature of your hardware that is broken and isn't used by other games.
Had something similar, where I could play almost any game without issue, but one specific cutscene in Monster Hunter World crashed my PC. Turned out a small part of my graphics card was molten, but that specific section apparently didn't get activated by any of the other games I played at the time.
The previous version posted here was 3.4 (IIRC), like 6 versions back...
Okay, here we go again.
There were more updates than the 3.10 changelog you read that weren't posted here because they were patreon-only dev builds, meant to test content and are prone to bugs, definitely not fit for playing a full save in there. Then, later in the development cycle, Sam focuses on fixing bugs and pushing out a stable version with all the new content that won't ruin your save.
If you only read the 3.10 log, keep reading.
Last time a dev build was leaked here, people were bitching and moaning about bugs. I wonder why.
The itchio page is the most recent publicly released version, which is generally stable and bug free (not guaranteed, but decently tested). There are more recent versions released on patreon to supporters, which have more content but are often far buggier and unstable.
