It was broken, and removed for the latest public release. Should be back in with next release.

Been a very long time since ive played this game, I bought the nipple piercings BUT i cant figure out how to use them
checked the options in the wardrobe and no where in there to wear them and same with bathroom
ALSO be nice if we had clit piercings as well hope to one day see that as an option in the shops
