This is a frustrating game to play. The controls are awkward, it's unclear what you're supposed to do, and you're unable to get quests. I couldn't even figure out how to purchase things.

This might be a good game (based on the SS provided) but in general its really boring to play.
The 3D stuff is quite useless TBH, the town is empty and is based on memory because there is no directions or store names etc, the controls are awkward because it was meant to be played with a joystick but, its playable on keyboard and mouse. I'm not sure but it looks like the core mechanics are from RPGMV since the menus and systems are very alike. In the end, if the game was only running on MV it would have been better.

First person mode is mostly mouse and keyboard, you are suppose to grab some quest that in the guild house in front of your Inn, accepting the quest is by 'talking' to the open books on the tables inside the Inn. The game is very confusing i have to say, its only when u inderstand the camera angles and where the things are when it makes sense sadly

Thanks. I found the guild house but I couldn't figure out where the open books were. Furthermore, nothing is labeled, so it makes it hard to know whether you're going into the right building or not. I suspect you're supposed to interact with Chloe's doll at some point, but for the life of me I can't figure out when or how.

Apparently the game is storing its savefiles.... in the system registry. It is beyond me, as to why such a decision was made by the game dev.

A lot of games store to the registry. You can get away with it if it's just a small pattern, like a short list of game choices and the frame you are on. IIRC, Something Unlimited does this, or used to when it was a smaller game.
