VN - HTML - Completed - The Goblin's Pet [CYOA v1.0] [Aphrodite]

It does a few things very well but I didn't really enjoy it.

There are some really hot scenes, but the writing is very verbose, monotonous and repetitive and a slog to read. It doesn't help that the pacing is quite slow in some parts, but maybe that's because I didn't always pick the horny choice. The artwork is quite good, even the AI generated ones, and complements the story well, although there are also some renders and pictures from other artists can make it look inconsistent/out of place, I'd suggest sticking to a single style.

One of the best here, being a submissive slave to a goblin, with the hint of netorare, which i assume would get more prominent in the coming chapters. Great writing, very hot scenes, good artwork. It's mostly text based, which is a plus for me.

ch 1-15

very good premise. absolutely garbage execution. extremely few art on this. ofc i knew it's "text based" but the art only serves as clickbait. nearly nonexistent. might as well use AI for art if writing already has AI.

writing: long and boring. it's too much. not as excessive as some other games but still very annoyingly long just for the sake of being long, without serving any purpose like to establish characters or circumstances for the porn part.

lore/story: well it has a lot of writing and description... for no reason whatsoever. why would anyone care about all the details. first you need to show something to care about for ppl to read all the random things and history of all these completely made up things. it's like a child talking about their dream for hours and hours.

porn/eroticism: very bad. extremely slow "corruption", very non-erotic scenes, and very boring and completely anti-porn logic. there are some games where "porn-logic" leads to quick sex scenes and you kinda forgive it because you are here for the porn... here it's nearly the opposite. it tries so hard to not be porn logic that it's the other end of the spectrum. complete garbage. how could he/she fk up that great premise i have no idea. you turn into a sex-slave yet the only thing the goblin does for pages and pages is CUM ON YOUR SWORD after masturbating... then pissing on you. then doing nothing LOL. how are you a sex slave. complete anti-porn logic. the author tried way too hard to be unique, but might as well make the whole game without porn, that would be unique too... uniquely shit at a porn forum.

so it's gigabad. absolutely great premise, complete failure of an execution. the 13reviews are probably ALL THE PEOPLE in the whole server who liked it. (or bots). i got to chapter 6-7 i think but it's a complete dumpster. goblin even hinted to get MC's girlfriend too as a slave but maybe it happens at chapter 15 but i doubt. knowing this author it will probably be hinted at chapter 15 and in chapter 239 we will get some action. absolutely terrible. author has no sense of any eroticism whatsoever.

An incredible piece of work and effort. This is very well written and the author has put forth a ton of effort to stand above the crowd. There some choices throughout which can create some interesting variety and can guide the story in different directions. Minimal grammatical errors and some good art as well.

I greatly admire the author's portrayal of psychology, which is unparalleled in enhancing empathy. I look forward to the release of the next 5 chapters!!! I love it so much!!!Of course, I am also quite interested in branching storylines, but I know that branching storylines and development are no different from creating new works again, which takes a lot of time and energy. I am waiting and looking forward to it!!

Pretty good story with some small variations, but its currently incomplete. If you're looking for visuals, this story is 99% text. If you like corruption or m2f stuff you might enjoy this. Im hoping for more content with the wife.

A refreshing experience upon the HTML games. You probably won't regret giving it a try though you might be quite displeased by the unconsistancy of art right now. It should be improved on the way but right now u'd probably be better off waiting a bit to fully enjoy it.

Like the best of HTML game, it's mostly based on text, which is done quite nicely here. I never had a clue writting was actualy AI assisted until i came back for this review. On another note, there's a shitload of optionnal lore; that i can tell.
In terms of game mechanics, don't expect your usual bullshit RPG stats with grinding and whatnot. You're there for the story, i never bothered checking stats out however i came uppon every bad end so far i guess Though there is those retry point hidden within alliteration. Not sure what it's suppose to do or the end goal with it... Would be better if you could just force open closed path with it.
On the graphical aspect there's a lot to improve just yet. It's okay, the book vibe is great (well, i like books), it's functionnal, there's nothing utterly wrong UIUX wise. But it's still a bit rough on the edge with subpar buttons and simplistic designs. Lacks a bit of decorum.
The only thing that left me a bit sour is the unconsistancy of the illustration though. Sometimes hand drawn, then AI generated, then 3D renders, then again handdrawn but clearly on a different style... Some scene would really deserve a proper illustration to go along. This is the main reason i don't rate it 5 star just yet. The novel is great, it does what it's suppose to do quite well, but the visuals in visual novel are just chaotic. Not the right kind of chaotic I picked up some illustration will be made by a commissionned artist and all, but it kinda spoil the experience right now.

Overall it's still pretty good, it's an excellent start, i enjoyed my experience with it. But i also know it won't be the same as i come back to check out new content, to discover new art going along with a story already read.

It's my first time writing a review on F95 it's for this version of the game The Goblin's Pet [Ch. 1-15] [Aphrodite] - English is not my first language.

I had to make a review, the game is a masterpiece, you can tell by playing and as the story unravels how much care and passion the developer poured in.
The character is a strong warrior with tons of achievements, he has everything, fame, money and the love of his life, his wonderful wife Elara.
But everything change the day he has to eliminate some pest, goblins.
They are weak and for such a powerful hero, it will be a walk in the park for him until...?
Will the spirit of our hero prevail or will it break?
I really like the pace of the story, it takes the time to put in place everything very well, and the more pieces of lore you get the more you start to understand this world you are feeling being a part of it, making the immersion seamless to the point you still crave for more.
The conflict of the hero, is a delish to follow. I won't say too much but you have to try it yourself, it's delicious.
For the NTR, it's good, the despair mixed with a frenzied lust, sweet! I crave for more!
The art is beautiful, it helps with the immersion, i wish for more but there is plenty enough.
I may add this game is everything i love.
I'm thankful for the developer bringing this game here.

Amazing I love where the NTR path will lead, amazing story so far and I wish the NTR path will delelop further and we will have an amazing game. So far the story takes you with corruption you are the slave of a goblin and you must obey his commands I love that type of shit therefore I will be following this game

I've been on this website for quite some time, and this is the game that finally made me post a review. It's the best thing I've played, full stop! The story is unique and enjoyable (with a tremendous amount of detail), there's tons of content (granted, it can be a lot of reading for people which I enjoy), and the grammar/writing is excellent. Five stars for sure, and I can't wait for future updates!

This game does all the themes of transformation, humiliation, and corruption quite well. The MC will agonize over the consequences of his defeat and the goblin goes all out in making it worse. However, the CYOA aspect left something to be desired as most of my choices didn't really feel like they had much impact as they would often lead to bad endings or just minor scenes and then back to the main story.

Well done! Another good game from you Dev. Big fan of X-change life as well. I'm enjoying Gob Pet too. It is a fun story and game, well written with few grammatical errors though I'm far from an expert in that matter. Definitely another one for my "keep up to date" list.

This is definitely one of my favorite interactive novels. The writing could be more drawn out and more choices on critical areas would be better. Love this idea as it gives it a very sexy vibe. Keep up the great work!

Writing, story, porn and content is all good, why 3 stars?

The decisions are impactful, that's great, the issue I have is that they are way too impactful, or to clarify, the slutty route go too far too fast into being a mindbroken fuck doll.

The only sexual encounters are with goblins and if a woman ingests their cum in any way they are instantly addicted and mind broken, see the problem? From just smelling it they will crave it, having it on their skin will break their will and getting it inside their body in any way will break their mind. This drastically limits what interaction can the MC perform inbetween, the dev deals with it somewhat, but there is a limit of what they can do in such a confined setting. -1 rating for this

Second -1 was personal, as I don't really enjoy the drugs/hypno/mind break the aforementioned setting was a slight turnoff. Still, if it was done properly I wouldn't mind it that much, but with how extreme the change in character is I couldn't ignore it.

If you are into this stuff, the game is 3.5-4/5, as I'm not it's a 3/5 for me.

Okay, it’s not a game, it’s a CYOA with only a few branches, but the writing was so fucking hot, that I still give it 5 stars. I was ready to submit to goblin cock myself by the time I was on chapter 6 or so.
