That's who did'em in the original? I remember it was DAZ with improvement AI. Little as there was of it, it was some of the yummiest art around imo... always thought the visual side could be expanded. This is okay too, though, inconsistently. I do think it's all rich enough to be worth doing both. I'd play this through, alternate paths and all and still like to go back to the original as a full blown VN with more renders in the original style. Doubt I'd even delete either to save space when I'm done.

I absolutely loved the original, despite the fact the freedom of choice is probably what I value the most in a game.
Seeing this remake makes me happy! Though, I'll abstain from trying it right away. If it is as good as it has the potential to be, I want my first playthrought to be a memorable experience. I'll wait for the full package.

The original was really great, My problem with it was always the last few chapters. kinda wrapped up the story really quickly, and yea I would of liked to see some diverging paths at the very end. It was still really good. Maybe this one can expand upon that ending.
I still love Sorrow's renders too, I want to somehow keep them in this version as an unlockable.
Yes, I have a lot of work cut out for me in the last few chapters. Hoping to have a few different endings, but I just need to figure out a way to keep the amount of work manageable...
