Beth is for sure. Grace had a boyfriend, but its never stated specifically how far they went. She has been with a girl. Sophie has been with multiple girls and in the original release of the game, mentioned having been with guys before. That line was either removed or modified to be more ambiguous in one of the earlier updates if I remember correctly. So one virgin, one possible virgin and one likely non-virgin.

Edit: I was curious so i went back to check and the line from Sophie used to say she'd had sex before and it was changed to kiss and it used to refer to a guy, but now it just says someone. So I suppose Sophie could possibly be a virgin too.

This patch changes the dialogue by replacing the use of the "landlady" Angela's given name with user defined relations and nickname. A new game shouldn't be necessary but the dev reworked and improved a lot of the earlier dialogue and a full replay is worth it in my opinion.

I only recommend starting a new game in case of someone using a save before the definition of what MC calls Angela in episode 2 as I moved that to the prologue. Also my patch tweaks the dialogue to use those definitions more often. It isn't a big deal until you get to 0.2.3 where Angela is a little more involved and it could get a little jarring, which the dev ultimately agreed with me on, hence the implementation of the patch going forward.

I see, so this is similar like an inofficial i-patch but rather only enhancing Angela's integration.
Example from your prologue.rpy version:
s "Oh my god. You just described our [relation7]."
There has been enough funny debates here how and if Angela is related to everyone.
Your variant here assumes that the twins and the MC share the same relationship as it looks. The author seems to have changed enough over the updates to dodge this more or less well enough.

My rename mod enables Angela's rename option the moment the variable is defined, so it can also be used with your mod or later official integration should someone feel there is a need for a midgame change. I could remove this rename limit, but my intention was only changing definitions anyway.
When the new update hits the forum here, the game will have my full attention again. I will most likely only have to add newly added traits to my overwriting UI code to make it fully compatible again.

Anyway, good to know you have contact to the author, so you could pass on bug reports.

I checked the episode 1 script for 0.2.3 and the bug in question has been fixed.

I've created a mod that allows renaming the MC's name, Angela's call-name, all relationships, and the imaginary cat.

Place THPRenameMod.rpy into the game's game folder.

Load your last save and check it out.
In the phone's character profiles, click on the MC's name or the relationship types to rename them.

As extra, I've included some other variables in the profiles:
MC's money, angry and calm value
Sophie and Grace's s_g variable which is possibly their own relationship points what can be currently only gained at end of episode 1 so far.

I won't add any cheats, so don't bother asking.

This mod can work with any future version as long as the character profiles won't get a complete revamp. Current support: v0.2.21
If future game versions add new traits to modify the character's visuals in the profiles then this mod has to be updated to support these, otherwise the mod's functionality should still be there.
It's safe to remove all THPRenameMod.* files without breaking save games, as long as you don't save during the rename process.

Update: I've activated the persistent data, so the new names will be used in replays. If someone wants to remove the mod after changes, first set the names like desired, otherwise you have to start a new game to redefine anyone and load a day-6 save where you define Beth. The cat's name has no persistent data yet.
Update #2: added Angela's (call) name definition. I've improved the code to make Angela's and cat's rename option appear right after they are defined during the game.
Update #3: externalized the mod changes to make it more compatible to future game versions.

This doesn't work on .2.3. MC nor any of the "family" members profiles open when clicking their pic. Deleted the file and now they open

You've got plenty of time to ask for that, it doesn't look like it will happen any time soon.

There wasn't even any progress with the sister we have already started sexual content with, the chance of anything happening with the prude of the family is going to be quite a few updates away.

We've barely managed to get a hug out of her.

If we wish for it really hard, they may progress to headpats in a few more updates.

Edit - I love the game ....... fucking hate slow burn though. I have no patience.
