Lots of grind, unless you cheat. The pregnancy tag shouldn't be there as far as I can tell. You get a message that "she's probably pregnant" after you rape someone a whole lot in ONE battle, at the end of which you either kill them or eat them. You can't get someone pregnant that fast, and even if you could (magic) then there is no change to her description. Some hint of a story, but you don't really get anywhere with it. Battle sex stuff is very repetitive. I guess I didn't do every single thing I could possibly do in the game but I didn't see anything to justify the 'harem' tag. 'Bestiality' isn't justified either. You're a werewolf, not a wolf and although you can fight bears, you can't fuck them. Lol.
[EDIT] WoG: It is possible to keep slaves, which you can get pregnant. I never managed to do that, though. I 'bought' someone but they ran away and were never seen again.
