The insurgence of ntr aicg games

I've been thinking about this topic about some time and today i stoped to really look at it and... its not all that? i mean, when you try to search for games with aicg tags on it, appears a total of 34 pages, and when you exclude the NTR and cheating tag only excludes 6 pages of it. Sometimes i get the feeling that every single new ai game is something about the mc having a sharing/cuck fetish, and its ok to like that, something about moving, geting a girlfriend and sharing her or getting turned on when you see other guys wanting her, all of those new games are drinking of the same font. What really gets me is that i wanted to play some of those games, even if they are kinda repetitive and the same(i like some adan sandler movies so i think its ok), because some details or even simply by how the girls looks. It's that hard to add a rivaly route or a exebicionist route or something? All the time the mc is a passive dude who just goes with the flow or barely talks sometimes. The game that did it better, for me, was College of Mysteria, where you can choose to have ntr/nts paths or scenes all along the game, i think it would be nicier in that way. So, what do you guys think?

It's interesting because games used to be a virgin male protagonist trying to get girl(s) without a challenge, but now games are becoming like a male protagonist have gir(s), just the challenge is to keep them faithful or not.
