But your misunderstanding of the problem people are having is costing you fans/patrons and costing your fans enjoyment.
The problem isn't with the callibration of people's monitors.
The problem is that you are rendering images that are so dark people can't see what's in them.
Period. That's it. End of story. Please make your images brighter. Thanks.

This is an incest patch I created for my own amusement.

I've updated it for version 0.1.1.

It's non-invasive, so it shouldn't break newer (or older) versions of the game.

I also used this patch to clean up the back story.

To install the patch, copy the file z_icpatch.rpy to the \game folder.

i don't need anwser to my question, because i don't like the game with "poor" or no light during scene (it's quite frustrating and happen often in a lot of game :S )

It's not just MichaelFenix - many developers are learning as they go, and haven't learned the lighting techniques used by cinematographers to light "dark" shots.

I used to do level design in games (mods/contract work etc), and the same holds true in game development as I'm experiencing doing renders for VN's/personal projects. Playing around with each type of light, the settings, back lights, focal lights, etc.. Lighting is 90% of the scene.

There's a LOT of tutorials out there on youtube etc on how to get a general lighting set up going where there's good contrast without completely destroying the scene. Also going with basic color themes helps as well.

I'm all for "artistic" shots, but in VN's like this and others on this site, where the main pull to the project are sex scenes/nudity, making those scenes so dark you can't see anything defeats the purpose of the VN.

Yeah = I have defended the Dev previously but he has persisted with these dark scenes, blaming our monitor settings.

It is most disappointing, That is like 3 updates in a row that have ben too dark.

This is the main problem, the dark scenes are always used on the sex scenes. Instead, we have a cuddling scene where its bright as day.

If the Dev wants to learn how to do dark scenes, he/she should use them on more "irrelevant" scenes, like the cuddling one, instead of darkening the sex scenes.

I felt the Dev was provoking us, after two updates where the dark scenes are prblematic, just before the main sex scene of the update, the MC turn the lights off...

Why is there no NTR tag for this Game?

I don't want to see this other guy who fuck Gwen and Trish on the Party. That destroy the whole Game for me.
The developer should at least have given us a decision to avoid this guy (NTR scene). So he has now lost a potential donator.
I closed the game after this scene and don't know if there are any more NTR in this game.

this game is definitely not for me. Even the twin who was straight is now totally into girls. I don't know where this game is going, apparently to some island where there will be some kind of threat (I stopped playing it when I saw that the straight twin had sex with another woman again and this time without being drunk). I can't care less if they catch them all and enslave her. MC has been left as a kind of glob added to a lesbian story. Which seems neither good nor bad to me, but obviously, it is not what I was looking for

Paprika , Avaron is actually right. This game focuses for a big part on sharing, even if it is mainly the lesbian variety until now and there are some other males out there that might have bad intentions towards MC and that might include the girls. As far as I know dev has neither confirmed or denied those might get involved with the girls later on. So if you want to play a one dick, mainly MC focused game this is not for you.

Love the twins and really like the game but many of the images in this update in particular are far too dark. I appreciate it is night etc but why even bother rendering hundreds of images where you can barely see anything. Screen is calibrated with a spyder x. The images are dark.
