i tried for months with hypnosis, hfo videos, clenching videos, never managed to do it
I managed once, but it took way too long and honestly, while an interesting experience, just wasn't that worth it to want to do again
Just achieved like 3 days ago it happened when im relaxed and doing nothing i was watching videos that i like, not hypnosis or something just the things that make me so horny and i was doing clenchs. When i was relaxed and stopped i was searching some other videos and it just happened when im doing nothing its like a sensation really yall need to be relaxed and listen to your body
How to do an HFO conversation came up a while ago when black tantra content was at its peak (honestly its a little boring now). I made a "guide" on figuring out how to actually do it. Long story short, you seriously need to learn how to hold your breath to the maximum. I legitimately trained holding my breath using techniques they show in diving instructional videos to over 3 minutes which is the only way you can get it to happen. These days I'm too lazy to sit through it, but when I did they were insane and legit HFOs.
