Interesting story, hope this continues to develop.
Game seems quite linear, I scrolled back when I didn't feel I'd chosen the best option and in some cases there was additional dialogue, in some cases it caused a different outcome with how an NPC reacted, but I think all options still lead to the same point.
I enjoyed this, as it felt like I wasn't missing anything, but some who want more consequence for their decisions may not agree, so something to note if you prefer games with choice consequences.
Think I've finished all available content, as none of the icons on the map can be selected now. Look forward to finding more out about the Joob Joob and it's real intentions.
Will rate this as average for now, as game has not finished telling the story and it is pretty much a click to proceed experience, the story is interesting, the art is good because the people are not all supermodels with ridiculously over-sized assets, they seem more normal which helps make the oddness of the story stand out more.
Overall a straight story, you simply click to proceed. There are a good number of girls to interact with and progress with, helping them to lose their inhibitions in front of the camera. Finding old films from the 50's after dreams influenced by the Joob Joob statue adds an interesting back story, almost like a detective vibe, trying to figure out what has gone on back then & how it relates to current times.
I expect this game to be a 4/5 when finished, if the story develops to a satisfactory conclusion, but for now it gets a 3/5 from me.
Very, very few games, if any, should get 5/5. 5/5 is absolute perfection.
3/5 is average, enjoyable but not anything special, yet.
