Well, this one is a bit hard to rate to be honest. And once more I am missing the option to give out half stars, as this would be really a 3 1/2 Game atm. The potential is there though and some aspects (like the many animations) are leaning more towards 4, so I rather err towards the positive, especially as I expect later builds to improve a lot, as seen with his earlier game.
So let's try to break that mother down, shall we?
The negative:
As with the Professor Remastered, I have a beef with the bleak lighting and the sparseness of backgrounds and surroundings that sometimes border at the primitive. While this may be a touch of realism (a lot of houses feature crappy interiors after all) it is a vibe I find a bit jarring over time, especially in a fappy game. It's quite a bit better than his Professor game already though, so there is hope I guess.
Again as with Professor Remastered, there is a lot of fluff and background missing imo, that would make it easier to immerse into the setting. We are thrown into the action with just a few still images and the shortest possible introduction. I know many don't expect much from a Porn game, but to be good or even excellent in my eyes, that is something I would expect.
The neutral:
System, GUI stuff and such are solid. Music is hovering on the not-yet-totally-annoying side of the spectrum but might get jarring after longer play. Thankfully that can easily be rectified by muting, so no negative points there.
Story is workable so far, nothing very original, but also nothing too groan inducingly clichee. Could go either way, but it is way to early to say.

The female models are very nice within the limitations of the engine and assets used. The dev clearly got the best results out of what he has to work with. His "Nathalie Portman" lookalike is particularly well done.
There seems to be a variety of body types and characters, including some not very standard ones, which is always a big plus in my book.
For an early build, there are quite a lot of animations in a very decent quality, including some non-sex related, which I do appreciate.
