It's the very best of all, openworldish with great plot ideas, background and good graphics!
The only low point : The lack of choice in scenes, that is the next thing that needs to be worked on.

What a phenomenal game, it's playful warmth makes the experience endearing. The characters are well written, and Judy is just a lovely, lovely thing. I do wish it was a bit more choice based, to have more say in what direction the story and relationships move, but sometimes it's about the feelings above all, and I'm gonna keep enjoying this for that .

Story was great to start with, but it totaly lost me when it became yet another mindless fuckfest with the same plot as a million others, its yet again one of those fuck everyone simply due to a ghost telling you to do so and ofc MC also gain powers or whatever just from sleeping now he needs no glasses and becomes stronger i mean why not right rofl......oh man cant devs come up with something diffrent then that shit, porn logic like a b-porn movie.....

Worst of all MC is ment to fuck everyone, even the old ugly granny, whom for porn logic reasons turns into a younger woman....pure idiotic in my eyes shes still a granny in a fake make-over and still wouldent thouch her with a 10 ft pole and ofc her personlity also does a 180 which makes even less sense and alot less fun since shes just another generic character after changes, the old ugly insanely devoted to god granny pretty much turns into a whore that now wants to experince everything....so her character was pretty much just killed off which makes me wonder why she was there to start with if not for a challenge to MC to stop him from corrupting the girls, but yeah there wont be any of that so game just got bland as fuck.

What comes next oh yeah girls that looked good also got a change over night so they grew bigger tits which would be the last thing i want.....one started out flat as a board and then she got big tits out of nowhere.....its just to much idiotic porn logic that never stops.

The sandbox is not the worst kind when it comes to moving around since it can be done by a map, but its still a 100% linear sandbox meaning story is a kinetic novel, quests are tired together so dont have any freedom other then at best the order you do them in.

Funny enough i like MC since hes against all the shit, but we all know as the players you will end up with having 0 choices, MC who was once someone with an IQ now gets corrupted by the ghost following her orders, like ghost ask "bring me panties from x" and MC does just that, 0 player controle and you cant even tell the ghost to fuck off even though MC dosent like her instend he just accepts a handjob, so again mindless fuckfest proven and ofc its so MC can give her essence even though shes lives for 200 years without it but nooow since needs it lol....oh havent seen that plot before..ooh no wait i have in 50 other games lol......

Girls look ok but after the change i couldent really care less about them, i dont have a big tit fetish and theres close to no diversity in builds now they are pretty much close to the same which is bland and boring.

And it goes without saying that girl will pretty much just trow them selfs at mc for reasons....oh ya porn logic reasons, come on this cant be so highly rated....

Music is pretty generic stuff.

Choices are kinetic/linear sandbox type thing with 0 freedom, so pointless in other words...

To me this game had big potential from the start and it could have been fun and something diffrent, but it went to shit so fast and the only one getting corrupted is MC with 0 player controle, but if you like becoming the submissiv perverted MC fucking anything that moves and your into the pure big tit fetish then maybe this could be for you, but it sure wasent for me, but im also not into kinetic novels and lienar sandboxes which is 2 more reasons i hated this.

This is not an AVN to play for the story. A black hole absent of gravity. SciFi and fantasy is one thing, but this is utter BS.

Begins with MC meeting with college dean. A strictly professional encounter, yet on first name basis with? Who then offers (commands really) MC to forget about the dissertation he's already worked his ass on and nearly completed, and instead check out his ascendants abandoned manor to uncover any lost artifacts. Oh yeah, MC majoring in occult studies.

The manor in question had sunk into the marsh decades ago - which would never have been built on such land to begin with. Now, for 'reasons', had been unearthed and in immaculate condition? Property now being owned by some private all girls school. As if they would have the funding or inclination to do so. I'm already heavily agitated by shear lack of basic logic - and this downhill run has barely even started.

This manor now also as recently occupied by select group from said private school (all being >18 ). The only one I found at all interesting was the mute. Who the MC obviously gas least interaction with. And finally finish your first day encountering a perverted ghost. Because apparently, your her last descendant, so needs you to impregnate everyone else there else she'll wither away into the ether. Plus despite being dead for who knows how long speaks to you like a typical modern girl.

Now I don't believe in ghosts. Yet the mansion being haunted was the only plausible plot point so far. At least wasn't even 30 min into this so didn't waste too much time. Renders are OK and writing is decent. But the story - that's just insulting. I genuinely enjoyed Avalon. How the same dev can be responsible for this is astounding.

Just found this gem, really enjoying it so far. The humor has made me laugh multiple times. The models became sexy, and the story is actually interesting.

Although im not a huge fan of sandbox games, im hoping once more content is added that it will fill in nicely.

Its 4 stars 'cause there simply isn't that much sexy stuff currently. Next to none.

As is you have a fairly basic, simple and effectively linear (the only real choice is what event you see first) vn with likeable characters.
MC isn't a complete asshole like in half of these games or a total pushover like in the other half. He feels like a fairly reasonable guy coping with a weird situation.
Half the girls are jerks, but its actually justified well and they'll probably grow out of it. They are all totally outclassed by the ghost herself though.
Renders are fine, QoL is fine, its fine.

The actual gameplay really just boils down to skipping days/time periods and seeing which area has an event in it with the only deviations being extremely brief (collecting coins; takes like a minute for all of them) or just pointless grind (collecting essence; you just spam click skip scene over and over again).
I'd hope it sticks to being basic and simple rather than adding more weird grinds like this. I'm here for the story and the girls, not the deep mechanics. Its totally fine if the gameplay is super basic.

Nice game. I dig the atmosphere of old mansions, and the music is nice. Also, I now understand the difference between a good sandbox and a bad sandbox as far as AVNs go: in good sandbox, all quests are given automatically, whereas in bad sandbox, you have to search for them, wasting time on boring repetitions. The Judas Ghost is a good sandbox.

If this was a movie rather than an AVN, I'd bet on Judy actually being a demon. She's far too powerful for a simple ghost, and her goals line up with demonic corruption much better than anything a ghost would want (Hahaha, mortal! I'm Abaddon, Knight of Hell! Did you really think that if I needed a child from you, I'd burden myself with bringing the church chicks here rather than simply help you make up with an ex?!). But in an AVN, such a plot twist would probably disappoint players too much.

Pros:
1) The characters are really good, especially Judy (very fun and carries the game) and Gemma (has the best story out of the church girls, imo).
2) Good premise. We get out of college very quickly, thankfully
3) The atmosphere is pretty unique and overall great.
4) Music. Judy's themes really highlight the aforementioned atmosphere.
5) Good writing (except for that one nitpick in Cons).
6) Cheats for sandbox built in natively. Thank you, dev!

Cons:
1) The visuals aren't bad per se, but they aren't top quality.
2) I'm not a fan of the "young Minerva" model. She's got a killer young body, sure, but her face still looks much older than those of the other girls. As if she jumped from 60 to 40, not to 20.
3) Judy has a far too easy of a time manipulating the girls, especially in her 'Sister Juliana' persona (Minerva gets influenced by her obvious bullshit very quickly, even the MC lampshades that she should know better with her experience). The MC benefits from Judy's tricks the most and doesn't have those religious morals, yet apparently takes the most effort to convince of anything.
4) The main questline is the least developed out of all the questlines. The result is kinda funny: I've spent around two weeks in the mansion, and my MC forgot his original mission on Day 2 and focused on the girls just as Judy intended, then lazily picked up the book on Day 6 and forgot about it again, returning to the girls for good.

4 stars overall.

Top tier game. Really good models. Very pretty. Very good scenes. Minerva doing a 180 like that gave me some femdom vibes... Had me a feeling a certain way.

Interesting, non-linear, and unique story that makes sure you get to enjoy scenes with the girls as much time playing the game elements. Chapter 1 feels so short because how much it leaves you longing for more story. Looking forward to more!

What a wholesome game. I lost hope that I will find something this good. I leave a review after playing through first day and morning after, because this game already shows outstanding qualities.

• Premise is unique (at least for me) and a good ground for story development,
• Girls you meet in the game have unique and credible personalities, traits, they're sweet, dialogue with them is worth reading and builds atmosphere of the game,
• Game interface is pleasant to play, maybe except moving around for the first time (arrows are not moving player around in an intuitive manner, but later floor maps can be used for moving around),
• Graphics quality is very, very good. Cover girl you can see on the page's banner has most distinctive looks and may lead into idea that game has low resolution, models have exagerrated looks and there are some bad effects used - none of that is true. Maybe cover just needs to be updated to reflect current quality which is pristine. Surroundings, models, body language, face expressions look natural and beautiful.

SUMMARY: Interesting plot, good renders, written very well with witty humour and intellect.

PROS:

1. Interesting plot, not the normal BS even if the "goal" seems like BS
2. Nice looking models overall
3. Written and structured very well.
4. Dialogue is very good, a lot of good witty humour and serious thought went into the dialogue. Even if the plot seems "common" the way its written clearly shows the developers intellect and effort.
5. UI and game interaction has some game features to it so not a simple VN but neither is it too cumbersome or annoying as many Sandbox games.
6. Pacing is decent and corruption being the overall goal is also fun.

CONS:

1. Very little content in terms of lewd so a bit boring, but least its entertaining reading the dialogue.

TLDR: Decent game so far, interesting plot with funny elements combined with complex characters and profound moments. Hope it keeps the high standard and has some nice lewds to look forward to

I'm digging this one. It's a funny corruption story with some serious heart to heart moments.

It's certainly still a porn game story with a supernatural story about a haunted house. I don't think it will go deep into this, but who knows?

The characters all fit their archetype and role, with some extra bits of humanity. It's a nice touch.

The naughty scenes have great pacing, and as of now, don't reveal too much. That being said, as they are now, I am sensing some great scenes to come (heh).

I personally like all the models too.

I am only rating this a 4 out of 5 so that you'll actually read this review. I know how it works!

There's tits and all but it's not the focus. I'm not sure we've seen any pussies yet. If that's what you need there's other games for sure.

Okay, so the story? At first I thought - here's a game by an overly intellectual masculine douchebro. From the dialogs, anyway - the images are fine, whatever. I gave it a chance. Not much sex so far but slow burn's okay. I like stories. But from the first scenes I almost gave it up.

But it gets better. The MC dialog with the girls once things pick up surprised me with a combination of horndog and empathy. So that's pretty good.

And then the main character and one of the 'girls' (you'll see!) are talking about books they like, and she says she used to read Frankenstein: "The monster was Victor. He brought life into the world, and then discarded it like trash. He was such a vile man."

The person creating this game - you have my attention. My appreciation. This game is one of my favorites so far on this site, and I only give it a 4 out of 5 because, c'mon. We never read the perfect-score-bot-reviews, right?

Pros:
Good, fairly unique ui design.
Girls are sexy and aren’t stock Daz models.
Excellent character development. If a girl seems like a trope, you haven’t learned enough about her.
Dialogue is well written and humorous, at least to me.
Freeroam is well done. It doesn’t feel needlessly grindy and I generally hate sandboxes.
Map and journal give clear indicators of what to do next.

Neutral
Sandbox/freeroam, even though well done. Honestly, even if you dislike freeroam, this is more than bearable. And there’s cheats if you want to eliminate any sort of grind.

As an fyi, there is religious criticism. It perfectly fits the story and isn’t disrespectful in my opinion, but some zealots might get upset over some of the religious arguments–not sure why’d they’d even be playing but I’m sure there’ll be some out there.

Cons
It’s a fairly slow burn so far for those not willing to move at that pace. I think it’s also laid most of the foundation now, so I’d think the fun times will start ramping up.


Overall somewhat slow burn but I really enjoyed the story, dialogue, humor, and character building. I’d give this a 4.5.

I love the concept and premise of this game! Just excellent so far and I am one to rarely rate games! Love the humour and dialogues (which stops me from skipping them), the Ghost girl (main love interest) is fucking hot and the side characters are also quite attractive. The whole setting is very creative and I am eager to see what the future will bring.

An excellent start. All the characters at interesting and have heart. The writing and dialog are interesting certainly brings each character to life. Has the feel of a point and click adventure with just a little bit of RPG stat leveling sprinkled in. Eagerly waiting to see how this developes.

This game has a fantastic story along with supernatural elements that are quite hot. The girls and renders are beautiful, cannot wait for what comes next in this game as the start is significant not some typical cash grab bullshit
