⠀⠀⠀I'm afraid this project is way too ambitious for it's own good. The game only just starts and there is already a lot of branching with crap load of choices. There is also a crap load of characters, already over 20 and we just started. Not sure how many of these are going to become love interests but they they all have their unique personalities and backgrounds and are not just sex dolls or simple backdrops. If the dev isn't cutting on content, this game won't release till heat death of the universe.

⠀⠀⠀Sorry but this plot is ridiculous, it's so fucking dumb, that it's hard to take anything seriously. The story doesn't know what the fuck it wants to be. Is it an absurd comedy or serious drama? Idk, a stupid sex joke and a tragic trauma dumping can happen two paragraphs apart. The narrative skipping whole ten fucking years forward after the prologue doesn't help with consistency either. MC and his girlfriend broke up after 6 years of relationship (somehow went out for all those years being purely platonic), because he blurted someone else's name during their first time having sex? And then they went 4 years apart without talking it out even tho they are madly in love with each other? Are you fucking kidding me? 9 year olds with asperger's could come up with a better excuse. No sob story about difficult childhood is saving such horrible writing.

⠀⠀⠀Sex scenes are executed poorly. They are made in 'sandbox' style, where you can infinitely choose poses and camera angles. Suffice to say it makes them feel fake and lifeless, not to mention there is zero naughty/erotic dialogue. Scenes that are fully directed by the devs will always be a better deal that this crap.

⠀⠀⠀There is only 3 hours of reading and 4 sex scenes with all the available paths combined and the game already takes 11 gigabytes of drive space, wtf is the dev smoking?

⠀⠀⠀Don't get me wrong, the game has many positives like animated cut-scenes, competent sound design with lots of sound effects and ambient noise, lots of attractive and interesting girls, funny jokes, stunning visuals, complex character glossary with lots of lore and other info, etc. The dev is very talented and it's apparent. But the script is absurd and super inconsistent, I also highly doubt this game will ever be finished with such grandiose scope of it's ambitions. There is huge potential, but the road to get there seems to have no end in sight.

A game with various options And it's fun to do. I like it. And please don't stop improving. May this game continue to develop and good luck. I enjoyed giving it a 9/10 rating first. And another thing, I'd like the developers to open support channels that are easy to talk to, such as discord and patreon.

Great game, the story seems to be taking an interesting turn.
I really like the fact that every aspect is so hard work, you can tell that the developer is really putting his heart into the game, plus I think it's a very good decision that it is not the typical game where you can get into the panties of all the girls without consequences, I love it, there are few games like this, I hope the creator continues with this enthusiasm because he is creating a jewel for which it is worth waiting for each update.

Pretty damn good game, love the story even though it hasent really gotten started yet but i love that you have a choice in relationships and that you can dump hes (ex)girlfriend if you want to, so no one is forced.
Theres plenty of fun parts in the story as well even though it might become a bit more serious going forward considering where current version stopped.

Also i like that there are a decent number of girls even though im not sure how many since alot are already in relationships and such but atleast the potential is there.

As for the girls i think there is a bit of diversity in builds, most are what i would call normal size tits and then a few bigger and smaller sizes so it seems pretty decent really.

The sex scenes im not really a fan off though, theres 0 talk doing them since its the animation type where you can click cam views and has an idiotic next button, to me personaly it just feels idiotic and kills the flow in sex scenes and removes immersion altogether, its much much better to just have animatons going while having some sex talk happening then a stupid next button, so it lost a star on that for me.

Then theres the size, 11 gigs and really not all that much content, if it keeps up like this it will be a huge size when its finished.

Cant wait to see how this will go forward, it sure has potential to be a good story and choice driven game.

One of the best game I have ever played until now. Full-rounded characters, intriguing plot and amazing sex scenes. The renderings are very beautiful. That's all for now, I have to play the second part of the game.

Congratulations on this extraordinary game... everything about it, starting with the visuals, is magnificent. The script is very good and tasteful. I hope the next updates aren't so long. Kudos again.

The Last Challenge [v.0.2.0]

TL;DR: This VN shows genuine ambition. There’s clearly a complex story the developer wants to tell, filled with tension, trauma, and drama. But that vision is currently buried beneath inconsistent characters, a chaotic tone, and a Ren’Py script that feels like it’s fighting the developer at every turn. That said, the renders are high-quality, there’s a surprising amount of polish in the lewd scenes, and the developer has enough potential to right the ship with a more focused approach. I’d love to see this succeed; it just needs a stronger foundation first.

Gameplay – Statistically Present, Functionally Absent
There are stats. There are choices. But right now, neither seem to affect much at all. The MC can behave like a romantic, a sociopath, or a walking contradiction from one scene to the next; and the story won’t blink. A good example is the early “tutorial” encounter with Rosaline, where wildly different behaviors lead to essentially the same progression. It sets a tone that choices don’t matter; and that’s a big problem when the VN clearly wants to be reactive and immersive. The framework is here, but it’s not being used effectively yet.

Story – Ambitious, Confused, Lacking Focus
There’s no polite way to say it; the story is all over the place. Comedy, trauma, high-stakes drama, interpersonal romance, and post-apocalyptic intrigue all collide without transitions or consistency. Characters drop trauma bombs out of nowhere. Long-term secrets are revealed in ways that feel like punchlines. And major twists—like the collapse of society—come out of nowhere with no build-up and zero internal logic. If this is meant to be serious, it needs pacing, tone control, and a clear narrative identity. If it’s meant to be absurdist, then it needs to embrace that tone without accidentally tripping into melodrama.

Characters – Defined on Paper, Inconsistent in Action
Each character has a menu entry with paragraphs of description and backstory. But these bios often have little to do with how they behave in the actual story. Personalities flip based on scene demands. Some characters are introduced with serious trauma and behave like caricatures. Others are reduced to visual tropes or sex triggers. Donnie, for instance, goes from comic relief to master manipulator to unexpected emotional support. Lexa can go from thoughtful and affectionate to physically abusive with no warning. And the MC is a mess of every male protagonist trope crammed into one character. There’s a serious need for emotional continuity and behavioral logic here.

Lewdness – High Quality, Low Impact
This might be where the game shines the most. The sex scenes are well-rendered, varied, and surprisingly detailed. They are fully avoidable, which is appreciated; but whether you engage with them or not, the story remains largely unaffected. The scenes involving Tatyana and Brenda stand out visually; and there's clear care put into position, pacing, and variety. However, some scenes (especially the Rosalind encounter) veer into extremely uncomfortable territory without much narrative consequence. If the story is going to allow dark choices, it needs to account for them afterward; otherwise it creates emotional dissonance.

Artstyle – Visually Strong, Technically Distracting
The renders are attractive. Faces are expressive. Characters are visually distinct (if not body-type diverse), and the camera work is solid. However, a waxy, overly reflective sheen on the character models—especially in hot, sweaty environments—makes everyone look like vinyl mannequins. It’s most distracting in the lewd scenes, where glossy plastic skin draws attention away from otherwise excellent posing and framing. The exaggerated facial animations work well in comedic moments, but they undermine dramatic tension. A character locked in a traumatic flashback should not look like they’re auditioning for a haunted house.

Sound – Modest, But Thoughtful
There’s actual music. Sound effects, too. Slaps, glass breaking, record scratches, ambient background—nothing revolutionary, but all appreciated. It's still early, but it shows a willingness to go beyond the default Ren'Py toolkit. There’s room to expand this further with ambient loops, environmental audio, and better transitions, but the groundwork is solid.

Technical Competence – Early Build Chaos
Here’s where things get worrying. The entire game is one massive script file. It's poorly modularized, full of repeated sections, and riddled with spelling errors. Variables are inconsistently managed. Scene control is hard-coded rather than flexible. The game is 9+ GB for around two hours of content; which is far too bloated for a VN at this stage. This setup might have been faster to write, but it will absolutely sabotage long-term development and polish unless it's refactored soon. Fixing this should be a top priority.


Final Verdict – 3/5
There is effort here. There is talent, and there is potential. But The Last Challenge needs a rewrite—not of the plot, but of its structure, pacing, and character logic. With a focused story, consistent characterization, and a modular, maintainable codebase, this could absolutely evolve into something worth playing from start to finish. Right now, though, it’s a rough draft with great renders and inconsistent soul. Here’s hoping the dev keeps pushing forward and gives this story the shape it deserves.

The game starts off well and then does not follow through the bus ride but all of a sudden wake up on the last day after 10 years. The flashback clips are only when they were kids... I am sure this is not going to play a big role in the future as the game ends with a dead city ... Where is uncle and the others going to come in?. It looks like they are going back or start some kind of settlement... Not sure.
Flash- back should be based on the 10 years they spend together rather that just stories.
The other thing is the retenders memory should be reduced as some times it stops ... with unsuported GUP cards. and also the game is almost 10GB. If it continues after the next update it will add another 5GB, Dev has to think about the long term effect, Otherwise its pretty a good start and the protencil is there dispite some stupid charecters ,,, the fat guy.. .

Great humour, non-loser-non-irritating best friend and a very different setup! Definite recommend for now!
The setup allows for a rather large group of young people that might normally not hang out together much to know each other quite well, like some sort of forced found family. Very interesting and looking forward to seeing how it goes.
While it has serious potential it indeed seems very hard to pull it off properly though, so the developer is taking some high risk high reward approach, hopefully they can handle it.

This game isn't perfect, but I can't give it anything below 5 stars.

Renders are a quick 5/5, good looking models that are easily distinguished from each other visually, the animations are really good, the only thing that's problematic is the fact that the developer seems to be rendering them in 4k, which makes the assets heavy and development slower (and personally I don't think it's worth the extra pixels).

The plot is pretty solid, cast stuck on college island for 10 years with comms to/from the outside world jammed due to a pandemic, restrictions finally being lifted and them returning home. Might become a survival story, which I am not opposed to.

Where this game really shines is with it's characters and worldbuilding.
The characters have their own desires, motivations and backstories, and playing every path shows the characters reacting in a believable way to your varying choices and their conversations (even the ones that aren't about/with you) feel quite real, they don't feel like NPCs, you can immerse quite easily into their world. The dialogue is really well written, believable, the jokes can be hilariously funny, the tragic backstories are... tragic, the expositional flashbacks are good and really give a good look into the relationships of characters.
There are a few cartoonish stereotypes that break the otherwise fairly realistic mold:
-Murphy (cartoonish levels of dickheadedness and ignorance)
-Kelly (cartoonishly stupid)
-Ariana (cartoonishly whorish)
-Samantha (cartoonishly elitist/snobby)
-Donnie (cartoonish in general, love him to death though)
And this isn't necessarily bad, it can play to the strengths of these stereotypes to generate humor or raunchy scenes (usually both).

There is a fair bit of branching that typically plays to the effect of girl A, girl B, or more dialogue (and honestly, the dialogue paths can be so damn rewarding that the porn sometimes feels like the wrong choice).
Every H scene either has to be opted in, or can be opted out entirely which is awesome. A lot of characters will only show interest if you either act in ways they like, or if you show interest first, and will show their distaste to your choices if they don't like what you're doing.

The only complaint I can see someone reasonably having is the about the fact that for a porn game, there can be a lot of reading for little H payoff, but overall, I think this is great so far, haven't been excited for a game with 3d renders since Dreams of Desire.

Very high quality game.
To me, the most outstanding is the dialogue. The conversation is smooth and sounds normal. It has great humor and MC's fat friend is funny as hell.
Great renders, hot girls.
Sex scenes is good too.

The only thing I "dont like" may be too many branching. Sometimes it just feel it is not necessary to have so many options and some of them are not that important. Having so many branches slow down the progress a lot and it may led to abandoned in a few years. I genuinely hope this would not be the case as this game is already great and has huge potential. I would not mind to have fewer options in exchange for faster progress and completion of the game.

Gotta give the dev credit where credit is due. This game seems very polished and gives you more freedom than expected when choosing how you want to play your game. You can be a good or bad character and your choices do seem to matter, apparantly you can kinda freely chose which girl to get and how to get her. Really good. F. ex. the first possible LI/ sex scene is with a cleaning lady and there are multiple ways how that encounter can end. There is both a great seduction and rape route which are fully fleshed out and really well done as well as many other ways that encounter can end, both in a failure as well as encounter without targeted sexual intercourse. Really cool and if that game can keep up that quality, then it will be a great ride. Also all the characters introduced are slightly different written and have their own motivations and relation to the protagonist. A bit to much dialogue and flash backs (which arent interesting at all, at least to me) but with a bit of skipping the talk you still feel like getting the full experience and can use your choices how you want. I love these games with a protagonist that can be freely chosen to be morally good, grey or bad and this one seems to be especially well thought out. Great stuff.

HUGE POTENTIAL GAME

Quite an immersive game that looks very good. Good detail and good atmosphere with a post-apocalyptic scene.

The game is still in an early stage of development but I have loved what I have seen so far. Very good story, great characters and very funny.

Thanks for reading my analysis. The analyzes I make are based on my taste for the game I have played. I try to be objective although there may be parts that Im not. What interests me about these games is that they have little dialogue or interesting STORY (I don't like absurd stories just to read) and the SEX scenes. If there are good animations and good sound, for me it is already a GOOGD GAME. Of course the last decision is yours, whether to play the game or not. SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH!

Concept is terrible its Under the Dome to start then time jump. Then hey secret ending game over and everyone clapped because that was the right way to end this game.

LI's might look attractive but the concept is so bad I can't continue. I've tried 3 different times to get into this game and I just can't do it.

Fantastic animations, great and interesting story! I will definitely be watching this and if updates are consistent, I'll be subbing, no questions asked! One of the few games where I want to explore all the avenues of decisions.

This is a five star game, certainly A tier, but needs a little more polish to really launch into that upper level of games.
The user interface is excellent. As good as if not better than any around.
The story is engaging and interesting.
The love interests are varied and nuanced.
No one should hesitate to play this game and support the dev.

But, if I'm going to nitpick (and only in the hope that the dev can work through any issues to make it even better) the renders need a once over. Artifacts and clothing issues happen a few times.
Likewise, the dialogue could be streamlined a little to up the pace, and the typos and grammatical errors could benefit from some proof reading.
But, these don't really take away from the enjoyment of the game. I hope it lives up to its potential!

The Last Challenge has huge potential, start is perfect and I am looking forward to next episode. Hopefully the author won´t overwhelm himself and will keep development time in sensible time frame.

I have to be honest, I'm pretty floored by this game. First of all the choice and pathing already this early on is extremely impressive. The themes in the game are also very mature in an emotional sense, I didn't expect myself to be feeling genuine sadness over a game like this. It's also handled extremely well, it's not like the end of Acting Lessons.


The premise of the game is extremely cool, the characters are obviously overtly horny but it kind of works in a lord of flies like setting. I'm very excited to see where the story goes.

My only cons of this game are honestly the sex scenes are pretty basic in terms of animation. The models are great, but I really wish the protagonist wasn't build like a 7'4 slab of muscle.

Also bonus points for the first scene having stockings.

Lots to like about this and I wish I could rate it higher. For the positives, writing is good, artstyle is nice and the concept is interesting. Negatives: I don't like Donnie at all. He actively drains my enthusiasm for the game. Writing has a tendency towards angsty too.
