The creator keeps deleting my comments asking about the game on itch.io so probably not good news..
The dev has not talked on discord or patreon since 09/09/2025 when the last update came out.
I think this is the time for the developer to pause and carefully reassess the project’s next direction. Many aspects were drawn out with great ambition, but as things progressed, more and more content started to feel lacking. The dev needs to consider what to keep, what to discard, and what to focus on in the near future. Otherwise, the project may gradually lose momentum and face growing disappointment from the players.

The developers haven’t even closed their Patreon. They’re still taking money but have stopped updating.

This happened to the author for not advancing the plot and instead adding things that were irrelevant.
This game has incredible potential, would be sad to see it die. Is there any hope for updates?
Version 0.3.5.5 will be released in about ten days. Version 0.3.4.5 will become public shortly after.

I’d like to take this opportunity to clarify a couple of things since I’m here:
1. Edoriam is not the result of a team’s work. I develop it on my own; the only exception is the 3D renders, which are created by an artist who works under my direction specifically for that part of the game. That means I have to handle everything else myself, an immense amount of work. It’s simply impossible to develop it any faster without risking complete burnout, which unfortunately already happened to me a year ago and forced me to stop for a while.
2. The delay of this latest version is due to multiple factors: medical issues, family matters, a hectic personal life, work, among others. How could Edoriam be a “scam” when it has been in continuous development for two and a half years? You only need to look at the changelogs.
If you want faster updates, I’m afraid that’s just not possible. A single person can only do so much. I’ll keep doing my best to move Edoriam forward without destroying my health in the process, and I truly appreciate the patience and support of those who understand that.
