Just found something out that others likely knew already. Ronnie Anne is, for lack of better words, is Savino brainchild, I knew that part but I didn't know that Miguel Puga was included in that (I only found out about him only last week). Puga handled the bulk of the creative direction for her and her familiy. He went to spearhead Casa and when that sunk, he never came back. Leaving no one seemingly interested in the character.

Just started chapter 3. Wanted to ask so I know what to expect. Is Chapter 3 done and we're waiting on Ch4, or is Ch3 still tla work in progress ?
.26 is about halfway through ch3, .28 just released for patreon and .27 should be free soonish. So no telling how far they are on ch3.

I think Chapter 3 is my least favorite so far, I am not really into the whole forced bi-sharing thing irt Ronnie. It's not enough to make me drop the game or anything but it's not really my thing. Everything else is great though so a very minor complaint.
Same. Tbh I wish they had kept Sid and Ronnie's canon relationship and then developed it from there in Chapter 3, but oh well~ at least apparently Lori is up next! I hope she can save this chapter from being the weakest so far.

The unfortunate thing is that in the grand scheme of things. The best scenario was to have the thing with Sid right out the date rather than wasting time on it. Especially when that time can be spent with characters that are characters people are more invested in. Because let’s be real, no amount of spending time developing Sid would convince some people (like myself) to put stocks on her. What damns even a potential of it is that her side is stacked against Lori.
After 300 years the walk is finally over and still nothing happens.

This is not specifically Lori chapter , it's about getting to know Ronnie Anne and finally choosing between Sisters or Ronnie rute and helping out Lori

Just wait until Chapter 4 has its first release. It's gonna take an almost ridiculous amount of time as they find out their plan to make it a infinite sandbox takes much longer than they planned for some stupid reasons
If anything, this chapter is a good window into the period of time in the franchise when Ronnie and her supporting cast were more present in the setting than they are now. That's how much changed in a short few years. It'll especially became noticeably dated if say, they pair up Lincoln with Kara.

Hey guys. The last update was small because of me. I had a really busy month and just couldn't find time to sit down and write. So DMF just ran out of script to do art for.
The good news is I've written more now and I'm going to try and double my effort to make up for last month.
DMF and I are also aware this is the least liked chapter and understand your criticisms. That being said, we still gotta finish it. We hope you'll still enjoy it, and that the further storyline elements planned for it will increase your enjoyment..
But we also get it.

I love all the chapters that you devs make , art , writing , everything , i just personally don't like Ronnie Anne character from the show and maybe that is clouding my judgment about her in this game

The only thing I didn't like about this chapter is not the content, but rather how divisive it's been. The community has been very, very divisive over it to an almost ridiculous degree in my opinion. I know everyone has their preferences and such, but it just seems silly to fight over it. Chapter 3 is going to be a major turning point in the story of course, but there are no right or wrong paths here. Just play the game as you please. As they say, you do you.

We got some really solid lewd scenes these past few updates, so I personally can’t be too disappointed with recently slower story progression, but I get everybody’s concern. I think Chapter 2 is still the gold standard for gameplay and story; Although DMF’s improving artstyle (seriously, compare the newest and oldest CGs) is a big upside, Chapter 3 can’t really compete as it’s a mostly a “bottle episode” with really only Lori… and Ronnie Ann, which brings me to why I think the reception is more mixed compared to before
I think this might be in part because of shift in plans for Ronnie Ann’s development. I’ve seen relatively little complaints outside of those parts. The realization from the devs came that you’re not given many reasons to care about her before this chapter if you didn’t care before or immediately. The extended flashback was necessary for this reason, but this pisses off people who are always going to dislike her, because this chapter has her biggest role in the story, compared to the unskippable but brief scenes of the previous chapters. It stings all the more to haters who wait over a month to get nothing but a girl they aren’t interested in (common genre problem). Note I say all this as somebody who actually always liked Ronnie Ann as a character.
The Sid situation is also partly because it feels sprung upon some people when it was only teased and joked about previously before being spelled out with (seemingly) little in-universe time. But also a lot of that feels unfair to me; Lincoln and Ronnie have been vague about what their relationship is before this chapter. If that counts as cheating, what Lincoln did is definetly worse. Just because it’s not your fetish doesn’t mean it’s bad writing.
This combined with the facts that it’s Ronnie’s harem of 4 max versus the Loud’s minimum 11 in a game (and fandom, honestly) that advertises incest first makes it an obvious uphill battle.
No matter what, I am still enjoying the game and Chapter 3 lot, but this is why I predict future story updates will be less mixed once the pre-established sisters return to center stage. Haters, just grin and bear it until your favourite girl comes back. It’s what you’ve had to do for every other porn game.
