VN - Ren'Py - The Libido Enigma II: Fountain of Youth [Ch.4] [broiler_x]

Can't go higher than a 2 right now, want to go 1, but trying to be fair. I like a lot of stuff, but lack of lesbian play during group sex and it seems will never be added unfortunately. Just kills all group sex encounters, feels like a waste when all the girls do is watch from corner. This knocks off most of stars.

Not biggest fan of nice and naughty system. In a harem game, locking out girls this way feels bad. I like the concept of creating a different character and for role-playing purposes, but feels bad to lock girls out of.

Not biggest fan of MC's hair either. But not end of world. Story is ok, more of a wholesome fun time, which isn't bad.

If some of these things change, would be happy to adjust rating, but doubt they will. Unfortunately.

Retconned the first by forcing Harem in the 2nd, why not just make it cannon/forced in the 1st? AVN is mostly good looking LI's getting fucked with a weak plot and good/bad guy points that so far don't seem to do much except for 1 potential LI?

I enjoy darker games at times, but sometimes I need that wholesome energy, that feeling of playing a character trying to do the right thing and being rewarded for it. After all, why play a game unless it allows you to do things you can't in your own life?

I always wanted to hook up with my coworkers, but I was too afraid of the consequences. And my boss. Now I have this game. Hell yeah.

Also, the tags here don't include pregnancy, but the dev confirmed it as planned, which I'm always happy to see.

To be perfectly open since the beginning, I played the first one and ended up dropping it because it wasn't good enough. The story, the writing and the characters all felt bland and generic and uninteresting, the best part being the corporate side of the company. But hey, a second part is coming out and it's semi-independent (terrible that it ignores all the choices you made in the first one) so I decided to give it a try and see if the devs had improved since the original. Long story short: they didn't. At least not where it matters to me.

Animations are irregular in quality still, like the renders. Character design is mostly bimbos with not that attractive looks. There is music but I took it out (something I do with every game, not particular here) so I can't judge that, but no other sound I can remember.

So, all in all, I find this one to be unworthy of putting time into it, when other games are available which do everything better.
