Seeking The long playtime Xenoblade Chronicles of R18 games?

Any games I can sink hours to in these quarantine times? Preferably an adventure RPG with male protagonist

Also long playtime doesn't mean long grind time, just means games with lots of content I can play for a long time like Futadom World, Corruption of Champions, Monster Girl Dreams, and Legend of Queen Opala

I can vouch for the original Monster Girl Quest as a good H-Game to sink into for a while. It's the classic in terms of great "plot" paired with great actual plot.
