Yep, definitely a bug. It's supposed to be an inner monologue scene about what Riley is asking you to do. To fix this for now, open the Options menu, click on Debug. At the very bottom is a button that says Home Menu, click on it to get out of the broken scene. Then game will continue on as normal after that.
Another bug I've found is that the game isn't always advancing time when you interact with Riley at Uni. I've been able to progress many days worth of content in a single morning because the time stays at 8am.
Found another one, when trying to work off your debt to someone, the flag doesn't set correctly and leads to an endless loop until you pay them.

Same here.
After (2nd?) BJ from Riley she gives me panties and asks me to wear them tommorow. Game got stuck after that.
Solved it by solution provided on forum page 43 : Click Options (hidden on left side) then Debug , then scroll down and click on Home Menu.
