While the game is in fact being overhauled in that the once strong coupling of the different story lines will be loosened to a point where they can be enjoyed independent from one another, the size difference is due to compression alone:Hello, I was wondering why the 7.2 version is 2.33GB and the 7.3 update is 319MB and the 7.4 update is 331MB? Did the game get compressed or did it get completely overhauld? I couldn't find any answer in the changelog. Ps: The Making of a Slut is one of my favorite.

That version actually came out two months ago, and become available to the public on the 28th, but here's the tfgames link.
How to do you guys realize the result of the pill.The mc have already taken 4 pill of medication but still got no result.
